Merna is very unprofessional, rude, and does not know what she is doing. I waited 20 minutes to cash a check that was from Wells Fargo while she sat on the phone and was very very rude.

No, no and NO! How is this place even open?? Every time I have been to this dirty, dingy branch I have had issues with trying to obtain the most basic of services - trouble with simple notary multiple times (not a clue what they are doing with documents), cancelled appointments, long wait times, all around cruddy service. I only go because they are close to my office but after yet another horrible experience today I wont return. STAY AWAY if you can help it.Update: Lol, within an hour of posting this review Wells posted a public response asking for all my personal info and more so that they could forward the info on. #1. This is a site for reviews for the public to share and rate items in the community #2. If I were able to achieve meaningful resolution at the branch I would not have had this opinion (nor am I seeking customer service at this point) & #3. I doubt, based on the mountain of negative reviews I am now reading about this branch, that your response appearing to care will sway the readers or win over anyone. Thanks tho!

The worst banking experience I have ever had. Been banking with WF for 13 years and 7 years as a business customer and I’ve never been more disrespected or talked down to by a corporation in my life. The 3 tellers that pretended to assist me today were unbelievably dismissive and flippant about an urgent situation. I will be closing my accounts immediately upon fixing this mess that they created.

Terrible experience. Wait in line for 15 minutes to simply make deposits in your elderly disabled father's account and the staff cannot even help with that process. This location should probably just shut down because it is so terribly managed.

Went in here in the middle of the day and there were multiple employees working and I was told nobody could help me open an account. They said come back the next day. I came back the next day and there was still nobody who could help me open an account...

Unable to access safe deposit box today because the Greenwood Village office on Belleview is temporarily closed. I found out that we may get access next week. What we wanted from the safe depot box was for this weekend. We have been to the bank during the pandemic so expected it to be open. THE PART THAT IS SO MADDENING IS THAT IF WE HAD BEEN INFORMED THAT ACCESS WAS GOING TO BE LIMITED WE WOULD HAVE WORKED WITH THEM. A little communication & it wouldn't have been any trouble. Instead, phone games with the phone number taped on the closed bank door. And when I called another local office, I couldn't talk to a live person. After a very long hold I was was sent to an off site center, another long hold and I was helped by someone who was very nice and professional but could only really only pass on the information. Not the holiday surprise we were expecting!

Worst bank ever. First they make a mistake with my checks, then they can't even send a simple letter. Extremely unhelpful. Gladly will be closing my account and my business account.

I wanted to thank Daniel at this Wells Fargo location for not only being extremely helpful but also very genuine during our on the fly transaction. I was told I needed to wire my mortgage payment within a short time frame of them letting me know. I drove out to location after location to find a bank representative to help me without an appointment. I called the branch and Daniel agreed to meet me and I was there after 15 minutes. He sat me down explained this wasn't my fault and apologized because he could see the stress and strain I was feeling. Within 20 minutes he had set up my wire transfer and gave me all my paperwork. He truly made an uncomfortable and unforeseeable issue resolved within minutes. Thank you again Daniel for all your help, it is a comforting feeling that there employees who truly want to help!
