Waited for help for 10 minutes and then they wouldn’t help me open an account because it would “take too long.” I am a former banker and I know it doesn’t take that long. I ended up opening a personal account myself on the app.

Everything from this location went off smoothly and without and hesitation. The teller was friendly, polite and greeted me with a big smile, which was in itself helpful and pleasant. I was able to conduct my business in a fast and time efficient manner and be on my way in just a few mins. Good service all around.

Every week I go to deposit for a business. The waits are long and I never understand why they dont get people off the floo to do the banking. Friendly staff but hopelessly slow service

This is the worst location that I have been toThey always understaff the teller windows so you have to wait in line they don't care about your time even though they have other bankers sitting at their desks alone not with customers they won't come to the teller Windows to keep the lines movingThis has been going on for yearsI have been a customer of Wells Fargo for decades but that is meaningless to the manager BrandonHe accused me of trying to deposit a forged checkI took the same check to another bank and deposited it with no issue

One outdoor ATM does not work, one outdoor ATM is currently out of cash, both indoor ATMs are behind locked doors. This level of customer service is EXACTLY why credit unions are coming to take you out.

Oscar Mejia. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Solutions. Yes, solutions. This individual spotted me waiting in line, pulled me over, and sat me down. Went over my situation and he quickly formed a solution on the spot that was easy to follow and understand. He also had a backup plan if that failed. And another one. Truly looked out for my best interest which I appreciated. Very certain that if I was speaking with anyone else, I would have not opened an account there, at Wells Fargo, among other things.

Please never stop at this location Elise on Saturday the banker give you attitude like nobody on this industry Wells Fargo if you’re employees they no wanna work on Saturday. Don’t push them to be working on Saturday. They are not make the best customer service at all.

I have four bank accounts there and they continue to go from bad to worse. The customer service is beyond horrible. When my husband died three years ago they put me through hell. And today I needed a form notarized and they couldn’t do it. Couldn’t verify I was a US citizen with my ID - Crazy! I’d switch banks if it wasn’t such a hassle.
