Friendly people, fairly quiet, but if you need shower facilities you will need to look elsewhere.Owner was friendly and attentive.Verizon signal was terrible if not nonexistent.All in all, a great place to stay, with helpful owner and helpful neighbors. Loved it!Hope this helps :)

Perfect spot to park the rv while hunting in Pawnee grasslands. Friendly place. Has Wi-Fi. Room to park our trailer and car was a bonus.
