It has been very difficult to talk to the call centers and they would not give me a US based customer service representative. Having the death in my family and having to struggle through the requirements and then the language barrier is very difficult. Please work on that

Your drivers turned a difficult and frustrating experience on the phone into a five star rating for the drivers compared with a two star rating for the phone experience. Your call centers in Philippines are not helpful. Friendly but not helpful.
