Cody and Andrea are superb employees with excellent customer service. Both demonstrated exceptional skills in handling multiple adverse issues that all occurred simultaneously with multiple customers in addition to the store’s internet service failing. Each deserves a raise at least, if not a promotion.

My phone was damaged- I rely on it for work purposes- I went to the store in Gunnison Colorado and Cody got me a new phone- lowered my plan and got me on my way incredibly Quick- he's helped me before in the past and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable- Much appreciated!!

TheAT&T store in Gunnison Colorado has to be the best run store in the state for AT&T. The MGR. Cody in converting me over from Verizon including my phone, new Apple Watch and my iPad, he explained every detail of all three! The most important person in Any business is the Gate Keeper! I told Cody he should be teaching up at the University! I was so impressed I bought the top Apple Phone for my daughter, from Cody.
Wish I was still in Business, I’d try to hire Cody.

Either the store hours are wrong or the employees do not show up on time. Waited 28mins past opening for an employee to show up. Hard on the working class who take time out of their day based on advertised hours

Cody at the Gunnison, CO ATT Store is outstanding. In these days of sometimes questionable and hard-to-get customer service he's a welcome exception to the norm. One of the reasons I stick with ATT.

Great customer service! Cody took the time to explain everything I needed to know about upgrading my phone and even helped me get a better plan for less money than I was paying before. Would come back again in a heartbeat.

Went in, had issues with AT&T and fraud. Anyway, was in the store passed closing time and Montgomery put up with a bunch of phone calls, communication error, and more. Homie deserves more pay

Amazing customer service!!! Cody is knowledgeable and super helpful. I was planing on getting a Verizon phone, but Cody was so awesome and helpful I decided to go with AT&T. Give that man a raise

I went to the Gunnison store on Saturday morning as it opened to purchase a new phone. Cody helped me throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and was extremely courteous and patient with me. I hated that another customer entered and had to wait a few minutes while we finalized our purchase. Cody explained how to finish my transfer there while he helped other customers. Excellent customer service. I will return!
