This was with regards to a questionable warning light in a rental from DEN Airport, that no one at the Roadside Assistance phone could solve or help with! We switched out cars here in Gunnison and didn't have to worry about the warning light issue! I was highly satisfied with this Avis location! Thank you, thank you!”
“We had reservations and everything worked just as planned or so we thought. We rented from Aspen and the car looked fine so off to Crested Butte. We then discovered the cruise would not stay on. We were asked to submit photos of the error code before they would agree to exchange the vehicle the next day. This was kind of difficult when the driver can't hold a phone. But exchange happened and trip continues.”

“We texted Craig in the early morning and he responded right away. We were lucky to get a blue wrangler unlimited for the day. He suggested 3 routes and points of interest, marked on the map for us. We were able to do all 3 of them and had a blast. CB is a great place for off road fun and my little
Girl was so excited all the way. Jeep in great condition, checkin process is by appointment and Craig spent time to go over everything and answered all the questions. He responded to text messages promptly while we are on the road. Definitely recommend it.”
