This is a rough grocery experience. There's usually only one lane open and the wait can be 15-20 minutes sometimes. There are never baggers. Produce is limited and not always the freshest. And half the sales require you to scan a barcode with your phone, which is ridiculous and entirely unnecessary.

Awful! Just Awful!
Outdated, tiny, severely under staffed. No more than 2 open registers at any given time and no “self check out”, so it’s never a quick stop as check out lines are usually down the isles. If you see more than 15 cars in the parking lot, they are probably slammed and too busy.

Albertsons In disguise. Another Example of our country's grocery distribution consolidation. The don't pay their employees enough. There are never enough cashier on duty so if you go midday prepare to wait. The meat selection is super limited. Only time I would go is if I needed groceries late night after City Market closes. This place feels soulless. Fairly clean though.

normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to speak up after what I’ve seen at this Safeway location. The manager, Nancy, consistently treats her employees with disrespect and a lack of basic decency. I’ve witnessed her speaking down to staff in front of customers and creating a very tense environment. It’s gotten so bad that several employees have actually walked out. That says a lot. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially in a workplace. Safeway should really take a closer look at how management is affecting both employee morale and customer experience. Very disappointed.

Heard the manager is super cruel and a bunch of people walked out this week. I used to spend my money here but if this is how the company allows management to treat their employee so bad to the point that multiple walk out at the same time in THIS horrible economy, i'm good. I'll spend my money anywhere else
