“My son encountered icy roads while traveling to Crested Butte- slid off the road and down an embankment. Police called Signal Peak towing to retrieve the car. I called Tom and he kept me updated as I live in Illinois. He picked up my son at a hotel and drove him to retrieve all his belongings. Even retrieved belongings that ended up at a different tow company. He was so helpful and kind. Went above and beyond!”

“This past August, I journeyed to Hartman Rocks, with my young son and pup, in a vehicle that was not suitable for the landscape. I didn’t know or realize this until committed to a rocky route. At one point, upon trying to determine the park’s exit (really I should have returned the way I came though hadn’t), I got our vehicle stuck on a rock far too large for me to drive over without causing considerable damage to our vehicle. I called H&H Towing and they were confident they could assist me. Cortez took time to determine our exact location based on my ignorance to our whereabouts. Once he located us, he very carefully and strategically moved our vehicle, limiting the likelihood of any damage. Once our car had been moved to safety, Cortez drove slowly to allow me to follow him to the park’s exit. I am truly grateful to Cortez and H&H Towing for their dedication and care. “I am ETERNALLY grateful to Gunnison Towing. My family and I were traveling from Montrose to Colorado Springs for my "April fools birthday" and on the way back to Montrose and we stopped in Gunnison at McDonald's to let the kiddos go to the bathroom and my 7 month old boxer pup locked us out of the car (what a great birthday joke). I have three kids ages seven, four, and two. We were stranded in a small town where we knew no one and every single lock smith I called was either closed or their number was disconnected. I called the police dispatch and they told me they could break a window and that was not happening so I googled tow truck companies and the first one that came up was tried-and-true. He said he would be there in fifteen minutes and showed up earlier than stated. He was quick and efficient. My poor babies were in summerish clothing and our jackets were in the car. McDonald's was going to close soon so we would have been completely stranded as my phone was about to die as well. I was extremely appreciative of the promptness and friendliness. We have to keep local and small businesses alike, alive. What a more deserving company to support than one that answers the calls any hour and helps us in our time of need. Them helping our family is us helping their family in turn. I wish more people could remember that. It is nice to know that even though I live in Montrose I have someone I can count on in a time of need. Not many people can say that anymore. Thank you for making sure my babies and my beast of a dog were able to get home safely and I am able to get to work in the morning to provide for my family.
