They have been holding my package for over a week. I travel full time and need to receive orders when they are promised. I offered to pick it up and was told they will not allow it. What has happened to UPS? I used to consider them to be a reliable company. Now all I see is incompetence.

I was out of town changed to have them drop package in shed, delivered to front door tried to call, everytime I deal with ups it's horrible, can't call ups Gunnison. Joke company. Last time I dealt with them ups store packed my package , broke it , ups says not our company separate business. Fu ups

UPS will not deliver to my door. They have a drop box 5 miles from here. 5 times it has been in Gunnison and sent back to Commerce City. It has been going back and forth for over a week. Can't get anybody live on the phone. If I ran my business like this, I'd be broke.

horrendous scheduled delivery by this center. Often I receive notice an item is at this facility and scheduled to be delivered. Days later I have to physically go to this center and pick up the package. Each time there is no explanation, only a simple oh here it is...we are not sure why it didn't get on the truck.

I would like to be able to speak with a human when I call about a package that is out for delivery. They sent an email telling me I was not here to sign for the package when I was here to receive the package. Listening to a computer generated voice is unacceptable.

I've ordered many packages through UPS and most of them never got to the destination on time. It took more than a month for one package to go from California to the 1st UPS stop (Also in california) and recently they misplaced one of my packages, Delaying it by two days at the very least when it had already been delayed nearly two weeks. The utter carelessness and disregard for customers packages is very apparent.

Worst Ups customer center in the world. Open for shipping from 5-6 pm and then they don’t even know how to print labels!Train your employees!!!! No solutions offer except to travel 60 miles to another location. Ridiculous

New building that is easy to reach and park . The office is only open in the evening. Hours are 5 pm to 6 pm to drop off or to pick up packages. One can call and request a driver to stop at one"s place of business during the day for service.

The service I have received from our Gunnison UPS has been exemplary! Stephanie and Tracy (and others), in the office, have gone above and beyond in their customer service. To actually get calls to confirm how I would like my packages handled before and after Christmas was so helpful. Our driver Joel, as well as others, have been conscientious and friendly! Thank you!

You guys never tell me when I have a package waiting at the terminal. No call, no pick slip in my mailbox, nothing. It would sit there forever if I didn’t know it was coming. You never pick up the phone when I need to call. What is even going on there?

I had been screwed over by CenturyLink: they sent my modem to the wrong address. By the time I tracked it down to this facility, I was so upset and frustrated- I was distressed. The folks working at this facility were so kind, professional and accommodating. After a very long week of trying to get that modem they were efficient and understanding which made me feel so much better. They're doing a great job!

DO NOT--I repeat-- DO NOT use Gunnison UPS if you can avoid it. Their customer service? Wack. Their ability to deliver packages when they SAY they're going to? WACK. Holding their employees responsible? Completely unheard of. This extension of UPS in the Gunnison Valley is neither a reliable nor enjoyable experience. Save your money, save your time, save your frustrations and order through anyone else. I wish I could give it 0 stars.
