“Sure you can go live in some slum lords moldy old outdated house for cheaper but honestly you are not going to find a better price in the valley for a managed property. It's clean, people mind their own business, there are laundry facilities on site, garages and storage options, plenty of parking, pet friendly and maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues. It has its quirks like any other place for sure but considering what is out there this is close to the top of the list of choices to live in the valley. Be sure to account for $100 or less in community bills. I see people complain about this but this is the norm for managed communities I don't know why people are shocked. No ac but you are allowed to have window units. The neighborhood is what really sells it. Lots of parks nearby, you can walk to the grocery store, there is a family dollar right next door and there are food truck options and restaurants. I really enjoyed living there for 2 years and if I ever moved back this would be the place”
