“Allen is just outstanding. We were driving from Washington State to visit family in Frederick Colorado. On the I 70 the power steering went out with the warning that electrical power system needs service. We exit at Gypsum to find a mechanic. After two other shops said they wouldn’t help We called white mountain and Allen said he would come in and fix it. He was great. He diagnosed the problem right away and though the local parts stores didn’t have it he found one 30 minutes away and arranged to have it delivered. Once it arrived he had the car running with 45 minutes. And the price he charged was entirely fair. While our trip was delayed a few hours if it wasn’t for Allen we were looking at losing days. I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable and resourceful he was. He also brought my wife snd I two bottles of water because we had to wait so long.”

“This has been a long time coming, I’m sorry I didn’t leave this review sooner.
While I must admit the initial interaction I had with these guys was not ideal, the end result left me incredibly grateful. My Ford Focus RS had an issue with the shifter linkage disconnecting from the transmission, but I had already taken it in to get “fixed”. Well, during our trip to glenwood springs, disaster struck again. My partner and I were headed home to Denver when the car broke down on the highway. I was unfamiliar with the area, and in desperate need of repairs so we could get home to our pets. On a whim I had the tow truck take it to the nearest repair shop that looked like they could take care of a performance vehicle. It was a Sunday so I knew I’d have to wait til the next day, but the next morning Vail Motorsports had my car fixed in less than an hour, and we were able to make it home through the storm.
I highly recommend Vail Motorsports to everyone. And even if they seem ambivalent at first, they WILL take care of you! I’m sorry I don’t remember your name, but thank you for getting us back on the road and home safe!”
“I had a repair that my insurance company was reimbursing, and Gypsum Auto Body did a fantastic job working with them so I didn't have to be involved hardly at all. They negotiated with the adjuster, got the repairs approved, and all I had to do pretty much was drop off my vehicle. When they found additional items to fix, they worked it out directly with the adjuster. The repair work on my truck was great too!”

“You KNOW how hard it is to find an auto mechanic shop that treats you fair and WANTS your car to run the way it should, well look no further! From first phone call (Mike), consultation/estimate, scheduling of appointment and EVEN a courtesy lift back to where I live (above and beyond) had me and my faith in a reputable mechanic restored (no pun). I priced shopped too and they were the lowest by quite a bit. As long as I live in the Vail Valley I will be having Kiwi take care of any car maintenance. Thanks Mike & Spencer!”
