The people working inside are wonderful, very pleasant and helpful, the guys running the shop have a nasty attitude and look for any excuse to be difficult.

We had new tires put on our dually truck. We asked for them to please line up the valve stems on the dually. They didn't do it and when asked if they could fix it, we were told that they got them as close as they could. That is complete incompetence as we sat in the parking lot and line them up ourselves. Then they put the wrong tire pressure on all of the tires. This should be an easy process to complete. They even had the correct pressures on the sticker they put in the window. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this shop.

We had a trailer tire blowout just before closing time, and Juan and his team went above and beyond to help us out. They didn’t hesitate to jump in and get us back on the road quickly and safely. Their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend this shop for anyone needing fast, reliable service!

Left my tire pressure at 40-42psi. Clearly forgot to set it properly after seating the beads. This is dangerous for a car that should be at 33psi per the manufacturer. Other than that good fast service and nice ppl at the front desk. Off to check that all the lug nuts are in place and torqued properly....

Terrible customer service, doesn't matter if it's the front desk, over the phone, or the tire tech, all terrible

Very poor service. I had an appointment (which I showed up 10 mins early to check in). 7 minutes of that were spent waiting for someone to staff the desk (there is no buzzer to let them know). Online, it suggested that the fitting of 4 tires would take 45 mins, it took just over 2 hours. When I was eventually called to say come and collect the truck, there were already 3 vehicles up of the ramps with no wheels on, suggesting that they didn't contact me in a timely manor when the job was done. The wheels were left with tire lube smeared all over them and there were oily hand marks on the paintwork. One of the dust caps was also missing. Sloppy work guys, after I'd spent $1200 on tires! Wont be returning.

I tried to call in but the lady who helped me was a bit immature, apparently “couldn’t hear me” and hung up. She decided not to pick up after I called back a couple of times. I’m going to try to give her the benefit of the doubt, but not waste any more of my time. Not a great first impression.

They are truly bad, but, I’ve given them one more chance. I had them rotate the tires I bought on my old truck and they didn’t put the lock nut back in my glovebox. When I brought it back for another rotation the lock nut was nowhere to be found. This rude kid blamed it on me and told me to walk to the parts store and buy a new one. I did and they couldn’t help me and I had no idea what I was actually looking for. I went back and a Supervisor said to use a 16mm on it and it was off. Now, new truck, but good deals I went back. They installed my tires and suddenly the pressure sensors on my dash were all wrong. I called Costco and the guy on the phone told me they stop working and needed to be replaced. He was very certain about this without even offering to look at it. They took no blame AGAIN! I went to a local body shop and they said they didn’t do their job properly and he fixed it very quickly. These people don’t know what they’re doing and will throw blame on anything they can because they are inept.

Do not go here unless you want a problem that doesn’t actually exist. I should really leave zero stars for my review. My tires were less than 2 years old & still under the warranty from when I originally purchased from Costco. I drive in a 20-25 mile radius for work, mostly on a paved roads. Performed all the required balance and rotations for the tires required by the warranty provided.Week 1: Had a flat, when to get repaired. I called the day before where I was advised to just “walk-in”. I live an hour an 20 min away and took the trip just to be told my tire couldn’t be repaired due to a bad alignment & uneven wear on my tires. Technician told me I would need to purchase a set of brand new tires have them installed then get my alignment. This would end up costing me between $800-$900 to complete the work. Tech wasn’t trying to be helpful or accommodating, spoke to me like I was uneducated & with a rude tone.Drove my car back on a damaged tire. Wasted 5 hours of my day.Week 2: Took my vehicle to a mechanic to have the alignment done first. I was informed that my alignment wasn’t major, minimal adjustments were made. The cost for this service was $200 total. Tire still going flat, at this point I’m refilling with air every other day so the car doesn’t sit on the rim when the tire goes completely flat.Week 3: Made an appointment to take my car to a different Costco Tire Center in Denver. Made the hour & a half drive for my appointment. There was a screw in my tire, they removed the screw, plugged/patched the tire. This took less than hour & no additional issues were brought to my attention. To summarize this was an awful experience that drained my time & energy. I had to make adjustments for my work schedule and any errands I had to make for about 3 weeks. I was utterly disappointed, I love Costco and this felt like being betrayed by someone who you thought was trustworthy. Will never go back to this place, my next set of tires will most likely be purchased someplace local.

Friendly staff like any other Costco. This location might take the cake for quietest Costco location with no line for gas or food on a normal weekday after work.

If I could give them a 0, I would. I somehow managed to back over a children’s toy and it poked a hole in my tire. My wife called this location to see if they could patch the hole and the store confirmed that they could. No appointment was necessary and I should just stop by and they will fix it. I showed up, the wife filled out the paperwork, and paid the 10.99 to have the tire fixed at 10:50. At 12:10, I never heard a word, the car never moved, and the tire was not fixed. My wife checked with the front staff and admitted they are short staffed but the guy at the counter said that he will bring the car in to fix it. We waited outside the garage door while they pulled the tire off. After 10-15 minutes a different guy came to talk to us and tell us that he won’t patch the tire because the tire is warn unevenly, most likely due to the vehicle needing an alignment. I asked him to patch the tire so that we could finish our 150 mile journey home. Again, he told me no. We asked him to check for a new or used tire that would work. Again, he said no. At one point I asked him again why he would not patch the tire and he said because the tire was warn unevenly. After arguing back and forth, he stopped talking to me and confronted my wife, as if she was the weak one. He even made it personal and told my wife that he felt sorry for the kids. Keep in mind, the center had marked the location of the hole and they unseated the tire from the rim. They gave us the car back, with the unseated tire, and refunded the 10.99. We had to ask multiple times to reseat the tire when they gave it back to us. Another words, we were in worse shape now than before we ever came to this location. This location attempted to fix the tire by marking it, unseating it from the rim, and then telling us that they couldn’t fix it. Lots of time was wasted here and the guy we dealt with was arrogant and useless. No solutions were offered to remedy the situation.Luckily, Autozone is at the entrance to Costco so I was able to plug the tire and make the trek home.Normally I like Costco, but this experience was poor and has changed my attitude toward them. For reference, I have included a photo of the tire, with the Costco marks that show the location of puncture. You can see that it is in the center of the tread and nowhere near the sidewall of the tire. What should have been a relatively simple fix turned into a dramatic situation leaving us in worse shape than before we went there. They also wasted almost 3 hours of our time.

They fit us in for an unscheduled tire plug/fix. Very friendly and courteous. Had us fixed within the hour. When it started hailing, they even changed our spare back to the fixed tire for us, which was above and beyond!

This is the most chill Costco I have been to in all of my years. Maybe because it us in the middle of nowhere, but they have great customer service and who doesn't love buying enough toilet paper to last you for the rest of your life...in one trip!

Poor communication. Showed up for scheduled appointment to mount the prepaid for Costco tires, and only two of the 4 tires were there. I drove 3 hours round trip for nothing, not to mention taking a day off work. Will stay local the next time.
