This company has vehicles on the road with no license plates and lights that do not function.

To the owner of this company. One of your drivers almost ran me into oncoming traffic /ran into me after passing through a red light and not yeilding. Plate # OFX981 intersection of 224 and York. 3/23/17 @440. I tried calling but no one answered.
