Kitty is such a beautiful human being and very patient. I look forward to chatting with her when I do the self wash. She also grooms my 3 boys on a fairly regular basis. One of them is a handful however she has gained his trust. I feel 100% comfortable leaving my babies with her and they always look beautiful after.

Awesome customer service response time, genuine care and prompt service! We were traveling through the area and needed a nail trim for our little pup. Kitty was able to last minute squeeze us in (even stayed later than business hours!). Highly recommend!
