Andre took me in on the spot and tried a couple if options to get me rolling quickly. They didn't work so he sourced the parts to be delivered next day. Going to get me in and rolling asap. Very happy with the service I received.

My vehicle had a belt break that had been recently replaced at another shop. This left me stranded on the side of i70 in gypsum co. In single digit weather in the mountains is not fun and can be dangerous. Cicero (owner) of Down valley came over personally to the gas station I was stranded. He personally looked at my vehicle. He then took my vehicle to his shop and not only showed me exactly what the problem was, he walked me through everything. He took the time to look at other issues and even some I wasn't aware of. I informed him of what the last shop told me needed to be done to my vehicle and checked those items for me. He took the time to verify some items that needed attention and actually showed me some things didn't need to be done. He test drove my vehicle with me in it and listened to vehicle. In doing so, he heard things that I have been hearing and checked those as well. Cicero is a great businessman, mechanic, and person. I'm very pleased with the hands on approach, taking the time to listen and his honesty. I don't live in gypsum but I have definitely found a shop I will continue to use and tell others to use. Good mechanics are rare and he's proof that they still exist. I'll make the drive to continue business with them. It's definitely worth it.
