BEWARE: The owner, Ryan, is shady - His proposal included unnecessary hardware for a REPLACEMENT of a small glass swinging door. When asked to clarify if this was true and to revise his proposal b4 approval, he quit. Good riddance: better before having to pay an inflated proposal ;)
