These guys cannot figure out how to deliver a package to the post office when I listed the physical address. Incompetent at best, and they don’t answer their phone. I’m struggling with the seller now to get a refund.

Apparently, when signature is required, they ignore that and just deliver it without getting the signature.

My home address is difficult to deliver to, so I have the physical address of the post office where FedEx can easily deliver my packages. Not once, BUT TWICE have these people managed to not deliver my packages to the post office. How are you guys not responsible for this?? Teach yo ur drivers what the physical addresses for the post office are!! I should not have to deal with your guys’ screw ups!!

I have a package I’m waiting on that has been sent out in a truck 3 days in row now and not once have they delivered it. They have claimed to have attempted to deliver the package even though the delivery has not been attempted. They were able to get the other 3 parts of the item to me just fine but not the main part of the product to me. And I am not able to get through to a real person when I call their help line.

Twice my mail delivered nowhere in the morning and marked as delivered . When I speak with vehicle driver he agrees he didn’t come to my neighborhood at this time and he has no idea where is my parcel. Costumer support is terrible and I cannot speak with local facility manager. My money just stolen and sender doesn’t want to refund me as my parcel was “delivered “. Company offer me go to police . Maybe I need to go to police because I don’t trust FedEx anymore ?

Great customer service from these guys. Package I was expecting had missing tracking info, but they located it without issues and were super friendly about it as well :)

Julie, the operations manager, is super helpful and responsive. I reached out about a missing unit number on a package and she was able to help out and facility delivery. So awesome! I am very impressed with the level of service.
