I set up automatic payments each month to cover my storage unit, I noticed they hadn't taken the rent from my account. I stopped in and talked to the woman at the desk to remind her to charge my account. They never charged me and sent me a letter stating I have late fees and overlocked my unit. Also, conveniently for them, they never seem to be available in person or by phone. I would not recommend this “facility†to anyone.
