Mountain Recreation Gypsum Rec Center is a vibrant community hub that offers a variety of activities for all ages. The facility features a newly remodeled fitness floor equipped with state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, as well as three fitness classrooms for group exercises. Visitors can enjoy walking on the indoor track, swimming in the 10,000 sq ft aquatics area with 25 yard lanes, and relaxing in the hot tub and steam room. The gymnasium provides space for friendly competition, and the rock climbing wall adds an adventurous element. The center is well-maintained, clean, and staffed by friendly professionals who are always ready to help. Families will find plenty to do, including basketball courts, a gymnastics room, and a pitching area. While some concerns have been raised about the pool area, such as cold water and peeling paint, the overall experience remains positive, with many recommending it as a great value for fun and fitness.

Really nice place. Enjoy being able to work out here . They keep it very clean. Only suggestion would be to have more hours where the slide is open in the pool area.

A phenomenal place to go if you want to work out, play ball, and swim nearby. The staff members are so nice and make it all better. 🔥 One bad thing is the website is sometimes wrong about open gym times.
