“We were greeted by a wonderful woman and she was SOOO sweet and willing to answer any and all of our questions. She made sure we were able to set up our PO Box to perfection. I can honestly say I've never walked into a USPS office and was greeted with a smile and great attitude until now! We walked out happy and will never forget how welcome she made us feel to the Post Office and Hartsel in general. I wish I could remember her name but I absolutely remember her service, thank you so much!”
