I was visiting the area and stopped by this post office. I don’t go to the PO often, but the attendant here was so welcoming and very helpful.
She helped me understand my options for shipping a package and gave a recommendation to help me from a cost standpoint. Highly recommend!

We were greeted by a wonderful woman and she was SOOO sweet and willing to answer any and all of our questions. She made sure we were able to set up our PO Box to perfection. I can honestly say I've never walked into a USPS office and was greeted with a smile and great attitude until now! We walked out happy and will never forget how welcome she made us feel to the Post Office and Hartsel in general. I wish I could remember her name but I absolutely remember her service, thank you so much!

I love my small town post office, Sandra was the best. She worked her tail off to help me and everyone else in our mountain community. To much for one person! She will be missed ??
