I love our small town post office and Postmaster. Janel is a delight with her helpful spirit and cheerful smile. She consistently educates us of the speediest or most cost effective way to ship and I really appreciate that. She truly exemplifies second Mile service.

We were greeted by a wonderful woman and she was SOOO sweet and willing to answer any and all of our questions. She made sure we were able to set up our PO Box to perfection. I can honestly say I've never walked into a USPS office and was greeted with a smile and great attitude until now! We walked out happy and will never forget how welcome she made us feel to the Post Office and Hartsel in general. I wish I could remember her name but I absolutely remember her service, thank you so much!

I love my small town post office, Sandra was the best. She worked her tail off to help me and everyone else in our mountain community. To much for one person! She will be missed ??

I have lived in the Hartsel postal district for 19 years. I have experienced several both temporary and permanent , male and female, Hartsel postmasters. In my opinion the current postmistress is one of the best we've had. Keep up the good work.

Wow this place smells horrible! All I can say is a small candle could go a long way. Not to mention the unpleasant vibe the woman at the front desk gives off. Its almost as if she is unhappy that you are sending mail out. Its too bad that the woman working there is rude to customers, i'm sure there are plenty of people who would like to work at that post office in the small town they call Hartsel. Once again I just can not get past the lingering scent that this place has, it is just disgusting!

She is rude and only goes out of her way to make your life difficult. This should be the last post office you use if you have a choice. Just terrible. Certainly not that small town courtesy your hoping for.
