First car windshield washer system was broken. Second car locked its doors when I exited the car with the keys in. They wanted to send roadside assistance from three hours away, and charge me for it! No thanks. AAA did it for free.

Rented through USAA because my son is only 23 not 25 yet. His age was provided when I set up the rental over a month before my travel. When he got there they told him he wasn’t old enough to get the car rented. Got a mid size SUV (Toyota 4Runner) because he was there for Alpine Snowboard Racing and 2 of his boards are 6 feet long. They crammed him and his gear (luckily he was traveling alone) into a RAV4 and only took $200 off the rental after they said it would be more than $300 less for the smaller car.

Arrived 40 minutes early and the agent refused to give us the full-size car we had rented and paid for. Instead we were made to pay for suv even though there were full size cars on the lot. When I brought it to the agents attention at check out she said call customer service there’s nothing she can do. So far no response from customer service. This is a scam and I don’t suggest using this rental company ever again.

Renting at Hayden, CO was a wonderful experience. The staff at Budget was helpful and courteous. I received a phone call in regards to my rental to insure I arrived prior to closing time at that location. The car I rented was not available, but we received an upgrade due to that fact. Fabulous experience.

The rental process was extremely easy to complete. Our reservation was made on Expedia‘s website but the finalization happened at Yampa Valley Airport. I received a courtesy call due to my scheduled pick up time being outside business hours. They wanted to make sure I was aware of this information and to make sure I received my vehicle. We did arrive before they closed and the process was extremely quick. Great job.

Rate agreeable. Size car we needed was available.Arriving after 9:00 p.m. at Hayden, CO airport, we were the last to rent a car. The car rental associate, Lisetta, was leaving also as we were going out to find our car. She waited. We found car ok. Being very dark beyond the lighted parking lot, we asked her where the road was to leave the airport to Rt 40. She told us to follow her. She was going that way. We appreciate her concern and help.

I was a little concerned when I read the reviews, but I had nothing but an exemplary experience with Budget, when I rented an SUV from Jul 3-10th. The people at the front desk were super nice and accommodating... even stayed late for me and my family to arrive. The return was super easy as well. I don't often give car rental place a 5 star review, but after receiving an Amazon gift card in my email for the rental, I could not resist.Our family's experience was excellent!

The car was picked up a little after 1pm on Sunday, we returned the car a little after 1 pm on Wednesday. We paid for 3 days rental through Priceline. At the end, we were charged for an extra whole day of rental. Couldn't get the gas gasket open to refuel before returning the car and ended up paying premium gas price! Budget pricing is not at all within budget.
