Hayden Mercantile has everything you need and could think of. The take and bake pizza is a favorite. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The store feels like a throwback to 1992, with good food options and locally sourced products. It is worth the visit just to see the decor. Prices are reasonable and the stuff is better than the bigger stores, from the bakery to the meat. In this small town, the store sells just about everything, including produce, meat, and gluten free options. The location expanded to add ace hardware, making it easy to pick up needed supplies, though the selection could be bigger and include more lumber options. Services remain friendly.

We stopped at the store on a Sunday to get some tape and cardboard. The owner and employees were fantastic. Their customer service was excellent.

I work in aviation and we had three last-minute evac flights out of the local airport and needed meals for 34 passengers - we contacted these good people through our third-party vendor and they absolutely came through for us at VERY short notice! Cannot recommend them highly enough. Fabulous service!
