The United States Postal Service in Hayden has addressed previous issues with incorrectly scanned or lost packages as of September 2025. The current staff is friendly, excellent, and top-notch, often going above and beyond. Employees are genuine and work hard to ensure residents feel appreciated, with mail sometimes finding its way despite wrong addresses. While past concerns included short hours, random closures, and conflicting packaging advice, the post office has listened to residents and fixed those problems. It is now considered a great little Post Office.

Tammie and the rest of the team are top-notch. I’ve experienced several times where they have gone above and beyond to be thoughtful - it’s clear they’re genuine in trying to make sure all residents feel appreciated and they work hard to accomplish this.

The employees at this Post Office are excellent. They have gone above and beyond for me and my family. Mail with the wrong address still finds its way to me. With all the other areas having such problems, I am thankful we have our great little Post Office in Hayden.
