I thought the whole process was good and easy to do with insurance. They had my car for about a month. My paint job was really nice.
I gave 2 stars because they put a malfunctioning / misaligned door on my 2022 Lexus and were supposed to fix their mistake and they are not keeping their word.
Very disappointed because the whole process went smooth and I was promised they would fix their mistake and I believed them so I didn’t make a huge scene. Maybe should have!
