“Steve had installed a projection theater system in a previous house. We moved and reinstalled the theater system in the new home. After 3 years of operation at the new home, the Control4 module (the brains of the system) failed. Steve was the only person I thought of to fix the failed module due to what he had done for us in the past. He is very knowledgeable of current A/V technology and suggested replacing the Control4 module with a current upgraded module. We agreed and Ian installed the new module and reprogrammed the system to provide the same features plus new functionality to better integrate all the components. Now the entire system including dimming the room lights can be controlled using one handheld remote. Ian was great to work with and very professional, he showed up when he said he would, worked tirelessly to provide all the new and old features, and even cleaned up the old equipment which had gathered dust. It was a pleasure to work with Ian and Steve.If you are looking to install a new Home Theater or upgrade an existing one, look no further than Sound Media Solutions. You won't be disappointed.”

“I use this ez pawn for most of my business after the ugly experience I had at the 84th and Pecos store I went to my normal store and Mindee was so nice helpful and professional! The employees are much nicer. The store is cleaner and the merchandise is better. I purchased a ring there and rude Robert lost out on a sale! I recommend them highly and was very satisfied! “I brought my HP laptop that is older in because I was having so many storage problems and problems with the antivirus that I installed on it which was Norton was having so many problems that it was frustrating to even try and use. I don't do a lot on the laptop I can get my way around somewhat but not real computer literate but I took it in and Adam went through every possible thing for me showed me everything he did and what he could do to help me out I would give him six stars but they only give you room for five I would definitely recommend taking your laptop in to have them explain or fix any problems you have my experience was great”

“Best location I’ve been to in a long time. I came at about 2am for some drinks and snacks. The employee welcomed us with a friendly greeting. Everything was being stocked or already stocked. I’ve seen more selections at this store than others so I was impressed. While we were paying the card reader was having some issues but the employee was super patient and had great small talk while waiting. From now on this will be my number 1 7/11 for best customer service, cleanliness, and product stocked”

“I would just like to take this time to say that The 7-Eleven at this location is phenomenal. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the customer service is impeccable. The staff is probably some of the friendliest people I have ever seen at a convenience store. I have come here a few times before and it is always been the same amazing customer service. The employees always have a smile on their face is and they're always willing to help with whatever need the customer has. I was looking for a face mask during this Covid pandemic, and they only had some that were not of my liking. I'm not sure if the gentleman is the manager or the franchise owner of this particular 7-Eleven, but he was kind enough To give me two of their employee masks at no charge. I insisted on paying for them but he was so gracious that he gave them both to me. Also, his employee Lynette is a breath of fresh air, she is always so kind as well as the other staff members. I applied this customer service especially in the times that we are living nowadays. Thank you guys again for everything you do for the public. It is extremely appreciated. Best, AMC”
