Because of that, I left feeling confident and good about my decision, and overall it was just a really great experience.”
“Just upgraded phones at the Prairie Ctr Pkwy location.. Allen was absolutely WONDERFUL. He was very informative. Took his time to explain everything to me. Made sure that the transfer went smoothly. In this day and age there is little to no pleasant customer service. This young man is definitely an ASSET to T Mobile. He knows how to treat people right. His customer service skills are EXCELLENT!! “These guys are great here. Darin helped me get a pop up ad that was draining my battery on my phone. He took the time to go through my phones settings and this was something I spent weeks trying to fix. Very knowledgeable and very nice and respectful people here.
