After evicting someone the other day the property management threw all their things in the parking lot and it had been sitting there for over 2 days now. I pay close to 2 grand a month for a one bedroom apartment and I wish management would care a little more about the property and how it looks.

When they say read the reviews- READ THE REVIEWS!!!
I have never written a review in my life because I never felt the need to but hopefully this will help others with actually considering to move here.
It has been a horrible experience here and the worst out of all my renting experiences.
It started when we moved in, we informed them that our AC wasn’t running properly, they came to check it out and said it was fixed, well it in fact was not we had took pictures of our thermostat being 95 degrees in the apartment with the AC set to 70 degrees. They came back and looked at it and said they had to wait for another party to come out mind you it took them over a MONTH!!! In the hottest time of the year! Without us having the AC on (even though it didn’t work) it would be so much hotter in the apartment so we had to leave it on especially because I was also pregnant. That made our bill almost $200 which is almost $100 more than what we normally pay month to month- they said there was no compensation for it even though it was on them for taking so long!
Once we got our AC fixed it was fine until our water heater went out, it took them over a week to fix!! We had to go to family members houses to shower EVERYDAY for a week mind you again I was pregnant and close to delivering.
They charge you out the ass for their so called CAM fees
We then wanted to switch to a 2 bedroom because they had some availability now and they had a deal going on- well it only qualifies for new tenants apparently which is ridiculous but whatever we asked about what it would take and pricing to move and when I tell you it was insane it was INSANE the amount of money you had to pay to move to a different unit!
Trisha is also not friendly at all!
We also had so many problems when Raina was there they definitely need better staff and management!
We have also complained about the upstairs neighbors MULTIPLE times and nothing was done and even took the initiative to go ask them nicely ourselves to be a little more quiet because it is an ALL day thing of them being loud and we have a newborn and nothing changes! I guarantee that they never even talked to that tenant each time we went in.
They don’t handle any complaints or concerns appropriately and I really hope all looking for a new place to stay reads the reviews and listens to them unlike us, so they don’t have to go through such a bad experience like a lot of us have! You place of living is supposed to be your HOME a place where you want to be and enjoy with family not dealing with issues on a day to day basis…

We have lived at Enclave for 2 years now. Before this new management company took over, we loved it. I can’t say the same for after. Our lease was going to be up on my due date. We wanted a two bedroom apartment, so we asked if we could move to one. When they gave us the final charges/price to move, it was INSANE. It was more than we paid to move in to begin with. When we went to the office to ask how they had gotten that number; she couldn’t figure it out. We sat there for 10 minutes while the lady tried adding everything up and it just “wasn’t adding up.” My husband then did the math from the fee sheet she had shown us and was also going off of, and he was getting the same number she was, and it wasn’t anywhere close to the price they told us it would be to move. From that moment on, they were SUPER shady, so we decided to suck it up and stay in our 1b/1b apartment. One month, we had gone to the mountains, and rent didn’t show up until the evening of the second. We had paid the rent the afternoon of the 3rd, and the morning of the 4th when we got home, we had a notice on our door that we had missed rent and we had so much time to pay it or they were essentially going to kick us out. Due to a server error, our rent didn’t go through. When I went to talk to Tricia, she was beyond rude, and told me that rent shows up on 28th of the month, and we have until the 3rd. NEVER in the 2 years of living here has it shown up before the 1st, so I said my peace and walked out. This was the first time this has ever happenied, but man they were ready to kick us out INSTANTLY. They couldn’t (or wouldn’t) unlock our account to pay it online, so instead I had to get a cashiers check and add an extra fee to it for being late. Any time I’ve gone into the office, Tricia has since avoided me at all costs. When it was time to renew our lease, we got an offer that was again.. insanely high ($400). They blamed it on being copied and pasted and that was our month to month rent and she’d fix it. When we got the new offer, it was still wrong with the move out dates and rent would be going up almost $100 without the extra fees. Anytime I’ve brought up their mistakes for how much they are overcharging, they get super shady and try to go around their “mistake.” They are definitely scam artists and I feel awful for the people they trick that don’t figure out themselves that they are overcharging. Due to loud upstairs neighbors who we made complaints about MULTIPLE times and nothing changing, no amenities, and overpriced common area fees, we decided to move. They have so many employee days, no one answers the phones, the office is always closed for something, and the maintenance workers just drive around all day listening to music or sitting in the parking lot chit-chatting. They take forever to get requests done, even if it’s somewhat of an emergency.. but that’s another story. I wouldn’t wish this complex on my worst enemy.. we have had 5-6 neighbors/units move out the past few months, because of how awful this place and management has been. Would highly suggest moving somewhere that gives you actual amenities and doesn’t try to scam you.

I am impressed by the service at The Enclave at Belle Creek. Their application was quick, they offered unbeatable concessions and the community is adorable. While I haven’t moved in yet, me and my family are looking forward to moving into our beautiful apartment home. Thank you to the entire Enclave team for your superior customer service. Moving is stressful, so I appreciate all that you’ve done to make easier.

NEVER RENT HERE!! Worst apartment complex ever! Real con artists! I’ve rented for 15 years and by far this is the worse! If I can at least save one person from renting here, then I’ve done my job. They have horrible management. No one ever picks up the phone. No one knows what they’re doing or what’s going on. They charge you BS “fees” that I’ve never heard of, like CAM FEES . They try and milk the most money out of you! They want to scam every penny from you. Having a dispute about last bill and no one, especially DISHONDA have responded back. Left several messages and no call backs. Last month bill, charged me the entire month when it was only supposed to be for 10 days. And they have the audacity to say it was my fault I paid the entire bill. What am I paying for? To manage your work too? This is your job to prorate our last month’s bill! Also, this new management bought the previous one out and said everything was going to be the same but of course it wasn’t. Way worse management and hidden fees. I have so many more things to say, but if I had to write it all down, it would be a book. Please save yourself from headache and money loss and don’t rent here! These people are dishonest. Also, very funny how they have the review button on their actual website, but you can’t even click on it to make an honest review! How sad. That speaks volumes! Happy rental hunting. This place is not it!

Do not move in! The new management sucks! They charge hidden fees and take forever to respond. We cleaned the apartment so freaken good, they didn't charge anything for cleaning fees but then they suddenly added so much weird and ridiculous fees that we actually had to pay $50 back?! They also kept raising the rent for a bunch of stuff like trash and cam fee..... so much additional things that keep adding up.
edit: The A/C sucks. most of the time you don't even feel it. Annoying birds keep nesting and pooping everwhere. The hallways smells nasty because people don't care where their pets pee. I swear, the piss smell lasted for a couple of months. And after it was cleaned, then it started to smell again. AlMost of the time, you will see dog poop.

This place was great, been here for three years until new management came in and ruined it. They increased rent, charged hidden fees that just happen to pop out of no where, and were terrible at communication. The neighbors in my apartment were dissatisified with how they were operating and decided to move out as well. We had many problems and disputes which the new management couldn't even explain and instead tried to ramble and do the most basic explanation which doesn't even solve our questions of hidden fees and the rent increase. They wonder why we don't "renew" our lease, which I find it puzzling because it should have been obvious. If you are looking for a place to stay, 0/5 stars would recommend.

Have you gone to the doctor with an open wound and doctor tells you to put neosporin and bandage over it at home?
To only end up in the hospital for an infection and they need to amputate it cos the infection is deep? That is what this apt complex is. They place bandaids instead of finding the root cause.
Update: No one answers the phones.

I’ve never been so hot and miserable in an apartment that’s supposed to have AC. We have a baby and we are in the hottest part of the summer. We broke our lease due to their negligence and they are retaliating by not allowing our AC to be fixed for two months. They have all the excuses under the sun. They don’t know how to handle any problems. It seems others that live here have AC issues as well along with many other things. Definitely read other reviews because they are very accurate. Since they took on Belle Creek Apartments they haven’t had their phones running so they’re impossible to get ahold of. For how much we pay with no amenities you think we would at least be able to get working AC. My hubby and I have been physically sick from this heat in our apartment. They seem to be in no rush to resolve the matter. As of 07/9/24 we are still without AC since 05/16
I asked for a discount on rent and Tricia told us that’s a hard no. 0 sympathy for what we are going through. My poor 16 month old has been waking up sweating and crying. They apparently say they are doing everything they can whatever that means
Their response is ridiculous. I’ve begged them to give me updates and if I don’t call over and over again and email they would never update me. They finally set a date 5 days before we even get out of this place and we have a triple digit weekend to get through. You’re only an apartment number to them. They don’t care about you or your family.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO RENT FROM LIVED HERE FOR YEARS AND DONE WITH IT- THEY CHARGE FOR EVERY SINGLE THING UNDER THE SUN, THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONE, THE MAITENANCE ARE RUDE, TRISH THE MANAGER IS FAKE NICE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE HERE. THE RENT IS OUTRAGEOUS AND THEN THEY CHARGE FEES ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE. THEY DONT KEEP AREAS CLEAN WITHOUT HAVING TO ASK. THE NEW COMPANY THAT TOOK OVER IS ALL ABOUT MONEY. IF YOU WANT HAPPY LIVING IT ISNT HERE. LOOK ELSE WHERE. I PICK ZERO STAR RATING, READ ALL THE REVIEWS. PLACE IS A JOKE.

The worst apartment complex that I have ever lived at. The management is nosey, rude and unwilling to help in situations. Since this complex was bought out by the large corporate entity, they have added charges that make 0 sense, they allow for tenants to have more cars than there is parking for. The lease renewals are insane.

The new owners and maintenance have been pretty good this far. I have lived here for 6years and gone through numerous of owners, leasing agents and maintenance, it has been frustrating, hopefully this time we can actually see a light at the end of the tunnel.

This apartment complex is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in they don’t care about you as tenants and they don’t care about helping you or anything. All they want is your money. Never will I ever refer people to them. You pay so much money to not even have a comfortable living space they absolutely have nothing to offer. They charge you if something breaks in your apartment you have to pay the maintenance people 26$ Everytime you put a work order in. If I could do a review with no stars I would because they don’t even deserve 1 star HORRIBLE HORRIBLE please to live
