FedEx Ground is a different shipper to deliver. The process is not simple, with no clear signs to point drivers in the right direction. Drivers must drop a trailer and park in a designated bobtail area for a yard spotter. However, the clerks are nice, the bathroom is decent, and there is a drivers area with vending, a sink, and a microwave. Some employees demonstrate great professionalism and commitment, going above and beyond to locate lost packages, with consistent communication and follow-up. This location is not open to the public.

Packages sit at this location anywhere from 5 to 11 days before delivering to my home less than 15 miles from them, WHY? And they always state it is due to bad weather when it's sunny and 70 plus degrees with dry roads.

Why don’t they close this location??? Everyone else at FedEx is doing great. My package, having a ring purchased by my buyer on 2/1, was at this LOUSY location place in 2 days, and has been in limbo for 11 days, MISSED VALENTINES DAY - you’d think if someone buys something for Valentine’s Day, February 1 SHOULD BE...

Fedex really goes the distance to make a simple thing as difficult as humanly possible. I sincerely hope they go bankrupt and shut down forever.
