I was waiting in the parking lot to load, and I didn't see any sign prohibiting parking. One of the staff members here was very rude. He just said "get out to the street" when we met, and didn't even say hello. I was shocked and asked him why. He didn't have any explanation and started to threaten me, either you park on the street or cancel your load! I drove 200 miles to pick up the FedEx packages and he threatened me like this! I will tell everyone I know not to use FedEx services! Forever!

I had my bobtail parked at a line haul spot after I dropped a loaded trailer for them. 2 hrs later, I was woken up by extremely loud bangs on my driver side door. By the time I rushed outta bed only to get yelled at by an old cross eyed fat white dude who claims to be the manager when I asked for one to speak with (he immediately yelled) "Get out on the street" I will talk to my company to never do loads for them ever again. Very rude and disrespectful. First bad experience at any FedEx I've ever been to. This is embarrassing and unprofessional.

They are nice people but you have to leave property when trailer is getting loaded or offloaded. This isn’t so except there is almost no parking near by

I’m a truck driver. Very bad experience. I was told to drop my trailer for a live load. And then I was kicked out of their property as a stray dog when I was setting up my navigation in my truck. The language was really rude. Luckily I got loaded after 8 hours. Never come back again.

I can’t get the drivers to call me on the call box, when they bring packages.? They want the complex managers to accept packages. If the office is closed they will mark the package as undeliverable. I don’t understand why. I am willing to come downstairs to get the package if they don’t want to come upstairs on the elevator.

As far as freight companies go, the Denver, North Denver, and Colorado Springs local service centers have all been most reliable out of all the myriad of freight companies I’ve used over the years. Drivers are usually on time, courteous, and provide a call ahead when requested

Check-in on time was told to give them 2 hours and my load would be ready. 3 hours later I went in to get an update, told me they would call me when ready and not to come back in asking about pickup. Does take this long to load a trailer. Horrible experience. Guess they have to figure it out on their own. Leaving without a trailer or load blocking the number. Want to waste my time enjoy unloading and then reloading it onto a different carrier. This place sucks. Just be honest with people, it's the fact they lied to me

I tried to retrieve a package that was tracked to this depot and no one would answer the customer service phone. I could hear people talking but they ignored me. This depot provides no service.

Nice quick but no overnight parking you have to dropped the trailer and leave property and call frequently to check it’s unloaded or not when it’s ready just picked your trailer and you done good thing they gave you paperwork when you was dropped trailer that the only paperwork you need !
