Took over 5 hours to get unloaded. Once unloaded and lumper paid for it still took a half hour for them to unlock my trailer so I could leave. They lady at the receiving desk acted offended when I asked if they could unlock my trailer and when I told her I paid over a half hour ago

App 11:30am arriver @ 10am with a pleasant positive attitude, check in with guard shack was given a door, open door parked, shocked wheels, BOl to receiving by door 1… no over night parking
