“I grew up here in Commerce City always seen Maddox Gas & Oil / propane. My 1st time I had ever refilled my BBQ tank and did not know places still existed. Service at Maddox, is 10+ the attendee Jackson gave me great customer service.
I even found that Maddoxis now own by JAYHAWK Ttrailer across the street when you call the Maddox phone you will get them just know you got the correct phone.
Oh to FYI everyone when you go to those other places to trade a tank they are not fully full because they sit out and in the sun so they expand and do cost more of trade in vs refill.Refill is $22 trade is $26 take your option of choice..
Oh Maddox can test your tank before refill for leaks you have ask though.”

There was a period of time when Polar Gas was acquired by Thomson Gas and we had unbelievable issues with billing. Time has passed, they have better integrated their systems, and they have actually turned out to be a great service provider. And they're always VERY friendly on the phone.

“We have had a great experience with this company so far, we were initially reluctant to try this company because of the reviews but we are so glad that we did.
Steve, our initial contact for our setup, did a great job of communicating with us on the day of our tank setup making sure he understood what our needs were and setting up a convenient time for us. Abe, our tank technician, was prompt and very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions and to make sure everything was up to code. He even updated our regulator which I guess was an older model, we didn't even realize it, our old company never bothered to keep our equipment up to date obviously, and he made sure to explain how everything worked and which options were available to us without trying to oversell anything we didn't need or want. Mary in customer service was also very attentive to us, making sure we were receiving the correct charges for everything.
Overall they did an excellent job of communicating, relaying information and setting us up with our new tank quickly and seamlessly. They really gave us peace of mind in choosing them to take care of our every need and concern and we want to thank them for their exceptional knowledge and professionalism!
It was a nightmare with our other company!
