Liars. First I am told that they could not make my delivery from poor weather conditions; I am looking at the most gorgeous day we have had in a while. No snow in days. Roads are perfectly clear. Then I am told they didn't bring chains. Why would you not bring chains to the mountains? Isn't it a law? Later, they admitted that they had chains. Then I am told their delievery driver was scared to come up our road. We have regular supply of large semis come up this road all the time in far worse conditions. A) please be honest. B) find delivery drivers willing to man up and put chains on. C) don't be lazy.

Terrible customer service. Made an appointment for delivery and the date comes and no delivery, no call/email. Missed work for that and now have to do it again. I have emailed customer service about it, no response. Can’t get a hold of anyone at the terminal. Will never use them again

Not overly impressed with their rural routes out of Denver Hub. Cost us 6 days of lost revenue on components shipped by our supplier via SAIA

I got there to pick up a big create and the lady's in the office where very polite very helpful and to make things greater the guy in the loading dock treat it me like family as well so thank you Saia team for your great service

Horrible office associates. It doesn't matter how awful service is. Saia will still take your money. In fact they just remodeled the facility and service is still the same. Horrible.

Whether for business or personal use, don't use them. Overall feeling of defeat is all I have right now. Simply trying to get them to ship our equipment they picked up from us days a week ago that was a paid for 2 day delivery. Maybe one day our equipment will come, maybe it won't. Don't play Russian roulette with your business. Use fedex freight or ups.

After reporting the package had been delivered to their warehouse, 3 days went by with the delivery to my address being pushed out further and further. A lengthy phone call revealed they could not find it they promised me within 72 hours resolution and would keep in contact. The package was eventually delivered over a week late, with no additional contact or follow up. Their rating should be 0 based on the lack of customer service!

They will schedule an “appointment” and fail to perform, no call to reschedule, again and again. Complete lack of professionalism and service. Use any other carrier.

Don't be fooled by the "customer service" replys to these complaints. Nothing ever goes anywhere and it is just a ploy to make their unprofessional low quality business look better after tons of complaints. Look at the huge number of complaints, all answered with essentially the same message. The complaints are real, and the customer service comment is just smoke and mirrors to justify their poor business practices. I got a call setting up a delivery, took vacation time off to be there on time, no call, no show. Try and call the Denver office for an update - - forget it, your calls are forwarded to the west coast "the Denver office must be very busy, not sure what happened". So I am out half a day of vacation pay, have not received my shipment, will likely be rescheduled to another time where they expect me to take off work again. See below for the predictable "We are sorry, email us" response that they give to every complaint. Not worth the aggravation, find another shipping company!

SAIA Freight out of Denver has helped us out tremendously. Driver David has consistently been friendly and delivered freight in good shape and on time. Freight is a challenge right now and David seems to stand out. Thanks for your hard work David.

CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY THAT KNOWS HOW TO DO BUSINESS, WHO RESPECT CUSTOMERS TIME !!!Unbelievable terrible service I ever seen. They called me to make appointment for delivery given 6 hours window that will come in 2 days. I was waiting all day, people and trucks was waiting to help.I did not hear anything from them so I have to called. And you know what. They told me the truck did not make it here on time and they have to reschedule for another delivery appointment .What is their job that they have no idea where their truck is the night before the delivery appointment? What kind of service is that? Shouldn’t you prepare and let your customer know in the morning instead since it’s so obvious the truck was not making any where closer?

Although my freights box was heavily damaged the driver was tentative to strapped the box with his strapes to keep all the parts contained in the box and all parts counted for and no damage to parts. Driver was also very helpful, very professional, and courteous! Excellent Service

BEWARE of "quotes" provided by SAIA. I requested a quote to pick up 3 boxes weighing only 40lbs each from a residence and received a quote for $390.52. I placed the order and requested 30 minutes notice prior to pickup. The driver called me as he was pulling up to the site, so I had to find someone who could get tot he site immediately on my behalf. The driver decided to put the 3 boxes on a pallet he found in the home's garage, necessitating a forklift and use of his lift gate. Then I received an invoice for $937.38. I have submitted several disputes (as directed by SAIA) and the responses were all the same: rates are justified - if I didn't want to pay for the additional services, I should have loaded the truck myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Adding to this post: Don't be fooled by the "concerned" response from customer service - I sent them an extensive paper trail with details as requested and they responded within minutes stating that the fees were appropriate. There is no way anyone could have reviewed all of the discussions in such a short time, no less give it any consideration.

Four delivery attempts - 2 weather, 1 no show, and the actually delivery! Not to mention that you have to have someone home for a 6 hour window for the signature. That's worse than the cable guy! Then the package was completely damaged so I refused it. I was issued a return number (RT). I contacted Diamondback Fitness who shipped my package to get a refund issued. They wouldn't refund the money until Saia returned the package. As my frustration is boiling over, it's been over 2 weeks since I was issued an RT number and I sill don't have my $960. Where is the damaged package? Where is my money?
