“To say that I’m in shock is an understatement. Ordered a “Barely used” Bugaboo Fox 3 and received a BRAND NEW stroller. The only thing that was listed as missing was the canopy (which I ordered as well from GBG).The stroller price was…… $400!!!! For Bugaboo! Yeah!HIGHLY SATISFIED and strongly recommend!”

“Definitely one of my favorite stores to shop at for my daughter, I go here religiously. The owner is always so welcoming, and so is her husband the few times I’ve shopped there while he was stepping in. The prices are also unbeatable, which makes it a little less harsh on the wallet when it’s time to update your child’s wardrobe, its even better that she also does a good amount of in store credit on clothes/items you bring in.”
“This, in my opinion, is by far the best Arc Thrift Store in the Metro area. It's always neat and clean, plus they have the clothes arranged not only by size, but by color also---which makes for a much better shopping experience. Most of the employees that I've come in contact with have been very nice. Some of the items are a little pricey, but if you have the time to hunt, there are bargains to be found, and don't forget to look at the front of the store behind the cash register counters; there are a lot of high-end items for sale. (I always forget about those until I get up to the register, when I'm done shopping. ). The store does get really busy at times, especially when they have the half-price sales; but that just requires shoppers to be a little more patient. If you're in a rush---thrift store shopping might not be for you.”

“Came in on 10/18/23 in the afternoon and was having trouble finding a fall outfit of my liking, I usually don't shop that's why I struggle finding outfits I like. However Esme and Maria were such a great help, seriously if there's anyone who deserves a raise it's definitely them two! Super nice and friendly, I am definitely going to come back again!”
“Last Thursday (9/14/23), my daughter and I went to sell my granddaughters clothing. We had never sold clothes like this before so it was a new experience for us. The employee working took our clothes and gave us a slip to fill out, she explained very carefully and in detail of how the selling works and what to fill out. In a decent amount of time she finished looking through our clothes, we did bring three totes and she did only take a few items to this we were a bit confused and asked why? she told us in detail of what was acceptable for them to take, why they couldn’t take it, and even gave us advice on what sizes and items they were accepting that week and told us to call or check their website if we ever had questions about what they were accepting. Even though they only took a couple items it was a lovely experience and the employee working there was very diligent about making sure we knew what to do, answering our questions and was extremely helpful, we know now what to expect for next time we come back! I definitely recommend going here!”

“Other than actual feces in an aisle, two old- enough-to-know-better trailer trash kids with bad haircuts running around, completely out of control, and their oblivious parents, the vagrant sleeping outside of the store's doors, and another vagrant picking through the bed of someone's parked truck, and a man going into the woman's bathroom, it is a good ARC...seriously. Good selection of items, but just too many people with no respect for what makes society civil lurking around.”
