I went for my kids passport appt. I had a name change, so during the appointment I handed the girl my name change court order and the passport books that expired. She clearly told me I didn't need these documents and handed them back. I am now being asked by the passport agency for the passport books and 2 weeks later for my name change court order. I am 5 days away from our trip and I have yet to receive the passports. I have paid express mail twice, and paid expedite services. Well over $500 have been spent! Train your people well, this is very inconvenient for I, and very upsetting. I now have to go to the passport agency and pray I get these passports! Never going here again, mind you, their attitude was the worst. Poor customer service.

Worst experience ever first and last time I will be coming here Lauren was the worst how she handled customer service as well as unprofessional photos for passport. By if you can go to another post office please do so save yourself the trip they don’t care. Sadly unhappy people that truly hate their job. I never complain but had to do it. Now it makes sense now I’m not the only one who has had bad experience here. All you can do is call usps customer service which I already did and give your complain and hopefully they can do something about these employees. If i could give a 0 I would.

I been to this post office before and never had an issue. There is two ladies working now that clearly hate their job. They have horrible attitude and do not want to take walk in passport applications even if the website states that they do certain dates and times. If you go the wrong day, they won't tell you when they accept walk ins, they simply will say make an appointment. They just don't want to do their job. Our taxes pay for you guys to do your job so do it!

We went for a passport appointment and the people filled out one part wrong. Instead of telling us there was an error they said “so the baby is married?” They were very rude and unhelpful from the moment we walked into the door and I can’t say that it wasn’t racism. I’ll never go there again and I will never send migrants there. If you take a migrant there make sure they don’t go alone. They will be turned away without help from Lauren and Ella.

This postmaster runs a particularly unorganized post office. Loom at all the complaints. He needs to be held accountable. Remember the Post Office is virtually broke. It’s heavily subsidized by the government. Hope this agency as a whole is eliminated by DOGE. Remember these people all make more than the national average and also get a pension…. Remember this when you vote.

They are supposed to be closed from 12-1 for lunch. They consistently close early. I have to rearrange my schedule just to get here before 12 only to find out that they shut the window at 11:45. Go somewhere else if you can

Told the lady clerk to send my mail certified mail. Confirmed she sent it certified mail, to find out it was first class with no tracking info. It wasn't even busy for her to "mess up." It was intentional. I hope they have cameras there and one day she will be held accountable.

Went walking to get a passport for my 10-month-old baby, and the acceptable time was 9:45-10:45am, but we arrived at 10:15, it was raining, and there was no one in the queue. I asked Justin, and he shows bad behavior and said couldn't do anything, and another lady, who was extremely rude, told us you could leave now; that's the ridiculous attitude of a government employee. Such poor service.

Most rotten human ever working there. She refused to make a passport appointment and said they are too booked up. I said I could even what several months for an appointment and she said, “sorry try somewhere else”. Worst experience ever

Don't call and try to get a person--useless. They have a never-ending menu that will never allow you to speak to an agent.

Worst customer service ever. They are rude and not helpful at all! The hours are wrong on the website and the offices too. They do their own hours
