Our trash is always picked up around the same time each week. Occasionally, something falls from the bin or truck that is left behind, but for the most part the drivers are clean and courteous.

I recommend that WM put together a brochure or video for customers on trash can placement to help the customers help the truck operators be able to safely pickup the trash receptacles. Having the truck operator hand write a message on the trash receptacles is unacceptable.

WM always picked trash up. Other companies did not. Driver's faithful. Recycling was great. Loved the email information about goals. I wish they would have picked up recycling every week, as I washed all plastic recyclables. Great goals. Greatest service in Aurora.
