Whoever works Sunday nights is extremely inattentive and unpleasant. He had a headphones in and appeared to be watching a game on his phone off to the side while “helping me”. He has argued with me about published deals twice and failed to honor them even though the signs were clearly posted. I usually really like 7-11 but would avoid this one at all costs.

I asked for a lottery ticket, and he asked how much. I replied, '10,' and he gave me the ticket. Then I asked, 'Can I fill it out myself?' He just responded with, No.
After I came at my home my aunt said what do you mean you can do by yourself also you have a choice that MegaPlier choices yes or no.
I have no experience about lottery. So, my first experience was awful. but it's ok :/

I’ve lived across from this 7/11 for 7 years now. Ever since the new “management” took over, it’s AWFUL. Most of the time they have no working gas pumps and no slurpees on 7/11. Just disappointing all around.

I had an awful experience at the 7-11 store recently. It was a disaster from start to finish. The new owner seemed utterly incompetent and clueless about running a store. The place was a mess – trash everywhere, disorganized shelves, and dirty floors. The loud music made it unbearable to shop comfortably.
The customer service was terrible. The staff were not just unhelpful. They were rude and seemed annoyed by the customers. When I tried to buy some snacks late at night, I found that many items were priced incorrectly. When I pointed this out, the staff refused to correct the prices and treated me as if I was causing problems. Their dismissive attitude and unwillingness to address the issue were infuriating.
To make matters worse, when I revisited a few days later, the situation had not improved. The store was still disorganized, the music was still blaring, and the pricing discrepancies were still rampant. It's clear that the management is not prioritizing the maintenance of basic standards of cleanliness or customer service.
This store is a stain on the 7-11 brand, tarnished by incompetence and neglect. I urge everyone to avoid this place until comprehensive changes in management and operations are made. The current state of this store is completely unacceptable.

In the beverage cooler they'll advertise deals like 2/3.50. However, when you ring up the deal isn't applied. I brought this up after I checked out and they tried to tell me I was wrong. It's very clear in the cooler, simply lemonade beverages 2/3.50. I asked for my money back but he didn't know how to process a refund. Easy, keep the $2 and I'll just never return.

Go anywhere else. Don’t even get gas. Let’s Close this store down, go across the highway to the JD market convenient store, they will treat you like a human and not an animal like most 711s have become the last 5 years.
Staff did not understand when I asked if there was a bathroom outside I could use when I got gas and wanted to use the bathroom at 9pm on a Friday night. He (the clerk) told me I could not use the bathroom because it was closed. He did not give a reason just you cannot use it. I then asked if there was an outside toilet I could use and he gave me a thumbs up and said yes. I proceeded to verify that a toilet was available outside and he again gave me the thumbs up and said “yes good”. There was nothing outside and he did not care.
I was a paying customer, I purchased gas and should have more of a reason to not use the bathroom at a convenient store that is open 24 hours a day other than you cannot use it….. Pretty sure he just doesn’t want to do his job like most people now days. Sad…. Very sad.
The other thing I’ve noticed is a that o bunch of 711’s in Colorado have gone very far down hill. They are operated by people that don’t care about anything, there is often no coffee in the mornings and most of the times I talk to the clerk they are on the phone talking g to someone in another language. They don’t say hi or anything they just talk on their phones in another language and ignore what’s happening. I wait for my rewards to get entered after scanning my phone or card. They then get snippy with me when I do t have my card ready right away and tap on the screen or card receiver even if they haven’t finished their side of the transaction. THEY SERIOUSLY DON’T CARE AT ALL.

They intentionally refuse to take tap to pay. The only reason to deactivate the tap to pay is because you want my physical card number and not the virtual card number that Google creates. If you shop here do not use card unless you want your identity stolen.(guarantee the store is in on it)

This place has drastically gone down downhill since the new owners have taken over hardly any fresh food. Most of it looks like it’s been sitting for days when there is some on the grill it’s really too bad I used to come here for lunch every day.

I believe there are new owners and all the previous employees are gone, as of this week. The new owners/employees are extremely rude and I will no longer be shopping at this location. Sad because I’ve been going here for over ten years.
