Our Toyota 4Runner was sent in for repairs, and our Caliber Collison advisor, Diego, was great to work with! He sent us weekly update emails, and answered any questions we had very promptly. The car came back looking better than before - we appreciate the work they did to fix the car and to clean the exterior and interior as well! Thank you also for the battery replacement. The 4Runner was repaired ahead of schedule.
Thank you once again to Diego and the Caliber Collison team for their work on our car! Their dedication to great service and great work shows!

Update! I spoke with the manager from a different department (glass). He called after hours and apologized for the lack of communication. Super impressed! He clarified that the glass department is different and this location is just a drop off site for customers that need repairs. Rebecca is the front desk person that was super awesome. He said everything should be resolved within 2 weeks and I will be reimbursed for the calibration from the dealership. I’m down to give them another shot next time around and based on Rebecca, I would recommend this location for repairs..
I went in to get my windshield replaced after being told this was the only location that specialized in windshield’s with a HUD and certain safety measures for newer vehicles. There was no car service so I waited and worked from their office. (The girl at the front desk was awesome!) After several hours they came and told me my vehicle was done. It took me two days to realize the HUD was off. They sent someone to calibrate it at my work which was great but it was off. The person and I worked on it for at least 20-30 min at which point I asked if we could call it a day since the double vision/visual wasn’t fixed unless it was towards the top of my eyesight (not safe placement for driving but I just needed to get back to work). Fast forward a few weeks after having the display off I had my service appointment with the dealership. The tech said it wasn’t calibrated and it was at a weird angle.. They fixed the issue so now I can use it but have been stuck with a $230 bill for something the place that specializes couldn’t do. I tried calling to talk to them and reimbursement only to have the phone ring endlessly. No one answering during business hours and no way to leave a message to have them call me back. I had also text the number they had been messaging me on a few days ago and still haven’t received an answer. With the exception of the girl at the front desk, not a fan of my experience or the work that was completed. My insurance company paid over $2300 for this “service” and new windshield/experience… I don’t recommend this business. 👎🏻👎🏻 Find somewhere else to go.

I’m writing this review to share my experience with getting my car repaired here in August. This is my very first brand-new car, only a few months old, so when my boyfriend was hit we were devastated. One of the things I loved most about my car—and something I paid extra for—was its unique green color, so I was extremely nervous about whether the repair would look right.
After doing some research and receiving positive referrals, I decided to bring my car to this Caliber Collision location. Another big concern of mine was that I have a subwoofer in the back, and if the wires were mishandled, it could blow the entire stereo system. I expressed all of this upfront, and the team really listened. They reassured me that my concerns were valid and that they would take every precaution.
Throughout the entire process, the communication was excellent. I received regular updates without even having to ask, and every estimate and document was clear and easy to understand. Because of their transparency, I never once had to wonder about my car’s status or timeline.
When I got my car back, I was absolutely amazed. You would never know it had even been in an accident. The color match was flawless, the finish was perfect, and everything looked as good as new. On top of that, the repair was completed much faster than I expected—done even earlier than the timeframe they originally quoted.
My dad has been an auto body tech for over 30 years (he lives out of state, so he couldn’t repair my car himself), and when I showed him the results, he was blown away. He said he had never seen such a clean, precise repair and was in disbelief at how perfectly everything was restored. Hearing that from him truly confirmed the quality of work.
Not only was the exterior perfect, but the subwoofer and interior were untouched and in immaculate condition. I can’t say enough good things about this location. I will absolutely be referring friends and family here and would come back myself without hesitation if I ever needed future repairs.
A special thank you to my service advisor, Diego Atencio, who was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident my car was in good hands. His communication and care made this experience so much easier, and I truly appreciate everything he did.

The entire experience with Caliber Collision was excellent. It is never a good day when having to address a collision and all of the inconvenience and financial stress that comes with it, but Andrew and everyone at this Caliber location made the process straightforward and as stress-free as it could possibly be. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Edited: spoke with GM who is going to rectify the situation. 5 star pending further fixes to the car. Scott was pleasant to communicate with and I felt heard after expressing the concerns we had.
Original review: Information given from the person setting up the appointment was incorrect for Colorado- there are no key drop boxes for after hours drop off. Which we found out after driving 25 min down to drop off. The afternoon front desk staff at this location was unpleasant and unhelpful. There was some damage done to the interior of the car around the windshield (EDIT- they are planning to fix this).

Jacob, Diego and Rebecca were AWESOME and provided a stress free process in what can be a very stressful situation. I knew my car was in good hands. My Buick Encore looks like it never got hit by an 18 wheeler.

Caliber is very professional. Every time I get my windshield replaced they take care of it in a timely manner with high quality work. I would recommend them, especially when window replacement requires sensor calibration.
