Only do work that's needed. Went in for an estimate, left with my scratches buffed out. They could easily have performed the body work/painting that was originally discussed but a little buffing compound and we were done.

If i could give 0 stars I would. They took forever to respond to my insurance company. Chad seems to never respond and then laughed at me when i told him my vehicle wasnt running correct. If i could give 0 all the way around i would.

Good customer service. Okay repairs. My vehicle was delayed because they failed to inspect the DRL before I picked it up. So I had to turn it back in. I am currently missing fasteners on both my front bumper and fender liners. The front bumper that was replaced is about 4 shades off from the body color and about 2 shades off from the rear bumper. I understand you can't match plastic surfaces with metal but the plastic bumpers should match. I am also waiting on the grill to be replaced as it was back ordered. This is the second time and second Caliber I have used. Both times they forgot to install parts.

Taylor provided a clear and accurate estimate, communicated the timeline effectively, and followed through exactly as promised. The repair work was performed flawlessly and completed ahead of schedule. I also appreciated that the vehicle was thoroughly detailed upon completion.
