Great store if you are going to pick up something that you want and do not need help finding. However, every single time I've had to go in there to buy product for lawn issue or home repair product Ive never come across an employee that was knowledgeable in any product or was helpful in figuring out what product to use. Very frustrating

First time actually going to Ace Hardware after a quick Google showed that they sharpen knives. Associate was very helpful. I wished I gotten his name. Overall please visit.

What a awesome store!! This is my favorite store in Highlands Ranch Colorado. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Store is clean. So many gift ideas. They have such a great selection of keys so adorable. Great location. Thank you for everything. We truly appreciate you all. You guys Rock at this location. Good job!! I found what I wanted... finally. No one greeted me, no one asked if I needed help, and the check out person didn't ask if I found everything I needed and didn't say thank you. Sad.
