“The rear side of our car and tail light had damage from a car backing into me in a parking lot. Chad looked at the dent and pressed on the two panels and clicked it back into place like leggos. What an easy fix… we had no idea and felt a little embarrassed thinking it was damage. The lady who hit me told her insurance carrier she did not hit me and we had pre damage to our car. Crazy I know but that left us paying out of pocket to get the tail light replaced. Chad suggested looking for a used tail light as it would be a third of the cost of a new one. After receiving several that were not satisfactory to him Chad was able to locate one that was in good condition. When we went to have it replaced we took our other car also as we had recently noticed there was a small crack and gray paint residue on the tail light from someone obviously hitting it. The manager came out to look at it and told us it did not need replaced as the crack did not go all the way through. He got a rag and some special agent and cleaned the paint off the tail light. We feel Chad went out of his way to save us money and find a good used tail light. And the manager went out of his way to clean the tail light on our 2nd car and save us from replacing it. All and all we had an excellent experience with both our cars. We highly recommend this location for your car repair needs.”
