“I have been getting my car serviced at AutoNation Subaru for the past 5 years. As part of my car, I added on the service warranty that gave me 12 oil change/car inspections. I think that package was definitely worth the cost. Everyone at the Service center is so helpful and kind. They always provide you the list of services they recommend depending on car milage and are respectful of what work you want done versus what services you may decline. I think the pricing is fair for working directly with a dealership, but they do a great job with communication and getting your car back to you in a timely manner.”
“Came in looking to buy new towers. Before I bought them, the person there wanted to see the ones I had on my car already to see if there was anything wrong with them and if I did actually have to buy new ones. Turned out the ones I had just needed to be tightened down a bit. The person talked me through tightening and reinstalling them. Excellent customer service. Really appreciated him walking me through it and being patient with me.”

“My front headlights were out so I walked into O’Reilly auto parts. An associate greeted me right off the bat, and when I told him what I needed for my car, he looked it up and took me right there and helped me find the product I needed. He even asked me if I needed help to install the headlight! I said yes, please because when I had done it before it is a very tight situation next to the engine and the front of the car. Connor proceeded to troubleshoot when it didn’t work right away after my bulb was burnt out and the new bulb wasn’t working. Connors could have just told me to take it to the dealership but he didn’t. Connor continued to problem shoot and ended up using some jelly for further success along with leaving the old battery in with the car turned on and then taking it out and replacing it and for some reason, the connection worked! Connor was so thorough and so friendly and so thoughtful. I was so impressed with how hard he worked to make sure that I left with a final product that didn’t need more attention! Connor is an amazing associate in the company is lucky to have someone so dedicated.”

“Top notch service! I had a problem with a 2-year old battery that I bought there. I’m expecting “no receipt no help” attitude and instead they find the purchase in their system, test the battery to confirm it’s the issue and I’m on my way with a new battery! They even helped replace the old one-not sure if that’s standard or because I was in a dress shirt. :-). Great customer service!”
“I have worked with Holman multiple times and I have been satisfied every time. Every time I have had to take my car there Stephen Bartos has taken care of me and my care. He has always done an amazing job and has gone above and beyond. Especially at times when the insurance companies have been extremely difficult, Stephen always finds a way to make it work. He has found solutions that go out of the way to help me despite the lack of care from insurance, and I would highly recommend anyone needing repairs to work with him and Holman. The lady that works the front desk is also really amazing. She is super easy to get ahold of and talk to, and provides detailed updates and information. I love the texting system they have, which makes everything even more convenient. I will always be taking my car back to Stephen.”
