“We bought Nissan crossbars but it was not as easy as we thought to install so I called Rackstarz. Dustin was very professional and helpful. He made recommendations about where to place ski racks on my crossbars before just installing them. I learned a lot. Basically he did all the work using parts we brought in and was super friendly. He also gave advise about how to remove the racks and about car washes. Great info. And the price was LESS THAN HALF OF THE DEALER> Highly recommend!!”

“We ended up buying a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek which was not on the radar when we first went to the dealership. On day 1 we drove 3 vehicles and eliminated others based on size and colors. We met with Jon Alvarez he was very easy and pleasant to work with. His knowledge and experience helped us with the final decision. On the other hand the Arapahoe KIA decision makers were not willing to make a decent deal with us involving our trade-in so we walked away. I had other offers for the trade-in and ended up getting $2600 more from them. On day 2 we did go back to the dealership with cash in hand and ended up making a deal; mainly because we wanted that car and liked Jon. The time it took to get the deal done was WAY longer than it should have been however. We spent a lot of time waiting for E-docs to be sent and for financing to be arranged. Jon did get me $600 + off the sales price for me and paid for my Uber to the dealership and got the car prepped for us. Overall it was a painful but a rewarding experience‼️”

“Whole going out the other day for groceries, our car unexpectedly wouldn't start. We were stuck in the Sprouts parking lot until we realized this auto parts shop shared the lot with the Sprouts. We figured out that the issue was likely a dead battery, and not only did they carry the battery to our car, they also installed it. Alex and Al went above and beyond and I still can't thank them enough.”
“My front headlights were out so I walked into O’Reilly auto parts. An associate greeted me right off the bat, and when I told him what I needed for my car, he looked it up and took me right there and helped me find the product I needed. He even asked me if I needed help to install the headlight! I said yes, please because when I had done it before it is a very tight situation next to the engine and the front of the car. Connor proceeded to troubleshoot when it didn’t work right away after my bulb was burnt out and the new bulb wasn’t working. Connors could have just told me to take it to the dealership but he didn’t. Connor continued to problem shoot and ended up using some jelly for further success along with leaving the old battery in with the car turned on and then taking it out and replacing it and for some reason, the connection worked! Connor was so thorough and so friendly and so thoughtful. I was so impressed with how hard he worked to make sure that I left with a final product that didn’t need more attention! Connor is an amazing associate in the company is lucky to have someone so dedicated.”
