Horrible customer service … I ordered a car online and was told it was gonna be ready at nine. Got dropped off at the location only for them to tell me they have no vehicles available

As a longtime AVIS Preferred member, this was the absolute worst rental experience ever, almost costing us our summer vacation. The morning of our rental, we called to confirm a premium 8-passanger SUV was ready for us, I was told yes. Only to show up and be greeted by a rude lady running the front desk. I was then pestered to show employment proof to use my current or any other (e.g. Amazon Prime AWD) discounts (never happened before) then we were offered a standard size SUV that would not meet the needs for our road trip the next day. The customer service and helpfulness was nonexistent, and several customers during our time at this location were in the same boat as us, and extremely frustrated as well. Nonetheless, we ended not renting and will never rent from this location. Renter beware!

Always had a positive experience with this location so far, even though I have plenty complaints for Avis corporate.
Staff are polite and punctual. They seem to be low on sedans as I normally get a substitute suv, but they are typically newer and nice interior models (sometimes with some minor exterior scratches but this doesn’t bother me with a rental).
Never had an issue with pickup or drop off, and when I did call ahead to confirm availability for a vehicle they followed up to make sure I was notified.

Made my reservation at 4:00 am for pick up at 5:30pm. When I showed up they wanted to verify corporate employment which I’ve never before had to have an analog proof. Then they had only an SUV and not a sedan. I made a reservation. It means to hold or make available. They offered me the SUV for more money per day but would not give me the vehicle at the sedan price. I am concerned Avis doesn’t know what a reservation is. I declined. Taking my business elsewhere.

Excellent! I rented an Avis car at the Denver Airport and the check engine light came on while I was driving at night 30 minutes away from my hotel on the second day of the rental. Fortunately I was able to turn around and spend the night with family. The next morning I drove to this location and explained the situation and asked to swap out the car. They happily did so and gave me a wonderful car as a swap. No hassle and very kind. I highly recommend them. Thank you for making a stressful situation better!

Always friendly and punctual, never much of a wait for pick up or drop off. They have some upgraded vehicles which is nice, for one recent experience i received a hybrid minivan which allowed me great parking options on my trip to California. On another trip I was upgraded to a Jeep Grand Wagoneer and the massaging seats were nice on my 14 hour drive.

Everything went very smoothly apart from the fact that they supplied me with a much larger vehicle than I reserved which just means I have to pay more for fuel.
