Beyond Fitness has been a great gym to belong to. The mix of different classes each day of the week keeps it from becoming boring, the owners are fabulous and the coaches are all personable and welcoming. The gym community itself is great too. So glad I joined!

Josh has built an amazing community; Beyond Fitness is accessible for anyone on a fitness journey whether you are just starting or have been at it for years. The best part is it’s very reasonably priced and lots of class time options.

We went to this gym to try their first week and really loved the organization and cleanliness of the space. More importantly we loved the coaches with the variations in styles and workout set up. We loved the smaller group of the 5 am class as well as the friendliness of everyone. Definitely found our workout home and ACOUNTABILIBUDDIES!!!

Beyond Fitness is a great facility, with a variety of classes run by enthusiastic and supportive trainers. I’m new to Colorado and had been looking for ‘my place’ and ‘my community’ in fitness. The owner and trainers make it a point to know you personally, push you toward your potential, encourage effort and celebrate with you along the way. Big, impersonal gyms just can’t compare. I highly recommend Beyond Fitness and Performance!!

Beyond Fitness and Performance certainly lives up to its name! Josh (owner) and his incredible team of trainers create amazing whole-body group workouts that produce results in a challenging and fun atmosphere. I also workout with Josh in a semi-private class 2x/week with my daughter and BFF — we LOVE Beyond Fitness!

I joined Beyond Fitness almost 4 month ago now and I’ve loved it! The community is great and we’ve met so many awesome people. The workouts are challenging but fun and I’ve already seen results. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to join a gym.

This gym is fantastic. It doesn’t matter your skill level, your body type, this gym has something for you. The workouts are as intense or as light as you make them and the programs are fit for everybody. The community and the people are what makes this gym spectacular. Everybody is friendly, respectful, and supportive. Beyond fitness is not intimidating, if anything it is only motivating. I highly recommend this gym for anybody in Douglas County.

It took me a long time to find a gym that would be non judgmental and willing to work with someone like me. I’ve gone my entire life not working out so I needed to find a gym with classes that not only push me but are adaptable to the fact that I can’t even do a push up. I love that the classes really allow you to go at your own pace and the instructors are so helpful for beginners like me and if there is anything you can’t do they find a different workout just for you to make sure you’re still included and getting the best workout. This gym 100% deserves the 5 stars it has and I’m excited to have finally found a good place for me❤️

Beyond Fitness is amazing!! It is more than a gym. The classes are different each day so it keeps it fun and challenging. The workouts are structured to allow all fitness and adult age levels. There is always a variety of weights available throughout the circuits. The members at Beyond Fitness are so friendly and encouraging. I have asked members what they think of the gym and the response has been “I honestly love it!” The instructors are amazing. They assist with correct form, are very encouraging, and show you substitutes if there is something you are not able to do. It is VERY clean and the equipment is top of the line. Beyond Fitness also offers a cold plunge, sauna, massage, assistance with a nutrition program, and onsite physical therapy. This gym truly cares about the health and well being of the members. If you are unsure about trying it, give Josh (the owner) a call. He is very personable and cares about the members. Hands down the best gym out there!

If you’re thinking of checking out Beyond fitness,do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate. Every workout here is challenging and perfect for any fitness level. The thing I like most about this gym is that it’s a positive, encouraging environment that offers a wide variety of workouts. Go check them out!

SUCH a great gym! As a former triathlete, I have never loved strength training, yet know I need it. I was a member at a big box gym for a while and forced myself to go but after a while I just felt lost and bored. I found BF and love it. Good people. Great instruction. Never gets boring. You are working out with a group and "suffering" together :-) And the workouts are VERY effective and fun.

Recently joined Beyond Fitness to expand my retirement activities and improve fitness. Staff members/Coaches are great to work with and are willing adjust workout routines to my physical abilities. Coaches are very attentive to class attendees to assure each attendee is maximizing the benefits of their workouts. Feeling better already.
