I “Chuze” to come here around 4:30 am so I don’t have to deal with the high school kids. Seriously. But, it’s a gym that gets the job done. I do appreciate it’s clean.

This place is amazing! The members were super kind and welcoming, the staff is 10/10, and huge shoutout to Dre and Will for making the best Java Protein smoother in Colorado. Thanks for letting me workout in your gym for the week! I will definitely be back!

GREAT facility and instructors! We do the Team Training because we need structure and someone to motivate us to work harder. Adam, Molly, and Mary are all so great at motivating, instructing, and cheering us on when we're trying to slack off. Used to go to Vasa, and the Chuze Team Training is a million times better. We especially appreciate the playlists that Adam, Molly, and Mary spin up. Again, so much better than other gyms and always clean. Definitely 5 stars! And extra stars for the smoothie bar!

Came there a few months back & got signed up for a membership with Tony! He was super motivating. I’ve had a rough time trying to start my fitness journey, and he was so reassuring. Sometimes it is super hard to talk to other staff members because they’re stale. Tony encouraged me so much & made me feel at ease. Especially because I have severe anxiety surrounding the gym.

Great gym when not in the peak afternoon time frame. Can get a little crowded with high schoolers and college kids during holiday breaks. Front desk and management are very helpful and responsive when machines are down. Equipment does not stay broken for long. The staff is always cleaning which you don’t see at all gyms.

The gym is in good condition. Although, it does get very busy to the point where all the racks are all taken. It’s difficult to use the machines since it seems like everyone is using them. There is plenty of space only at certain times of the week where it’s not busy. However, I do enjoy treadmill since I do a lot of cardio exercises to train for 5K/10K races.

The staff will literally lie to you about cancelling your membership and the manager will do nothing about it, as they continue charging you when they told you it was cancelled. Calls aren’t recorded (conveniently for them!) so I’d record your own call if you’re going to call them about anything to do with your membership. If their own employees don’t understand the contract enough to explain it to someone clearly, there’s a problem. And when the manager isn’t willing to work with you AT ALL (even though their employee lied), when you’ve paid a membership there for YEARS, it’s disappointing and heartless- horrible customer service. Don’t expect anything from being loyal, they just care about the money. The gym itself is OK if you’re alright with a bunch of teenagers sitting on machines and looking at their phones. The gym is ALWAYS too packed to even get a decent workout unless you’re just looking for a treadmill. If you look through reviews you can see many people complain about this. And there isn’t ever a good response other than “hope you come during a lighter time!” It’s a joke of a response. They do not care about their long term customers, period.Spend your money elsewhere, at an honest gym with people that actually want to work out rather than sit on equipment looking at their phones.

LOVE Chuze Gym! The cleanliness, friendly staff and the variety of equipment is important to me- which I get here! Even during busy times I rarely have to wait for a machine! Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to join a fitness club! Not to mention the reasonable pricing on the three different membership options they have.

Was a good gym but of their best employee Matt is no longer there. Everyone loves him and my 5 year old daughter especially thought he was the best. Chuze has taken a turn for the worst with out him there. Come on Chuze.

It presents online as a nice gym with great offerings, but I was made well aware that they don’t need or care about new members. The website offers are never accurate to this location as “they’re the busiest gym in the country”. I wanted to add a second gym membership close to home, so I went in to discuss the sale offers online, as none apply automatically as advertised. Not do they clarify which locations they apply to. Three different staff basically shrugged at me with indifference, and just said this location has different (higher) rates. No explanation or even concern for the false advertising, other than how busy they are.So, I said ok and left. Lousy experience in customer service. I’d imagine members aren’t cared about much more…Edit/Update: To the Chuze management: Thank you for the reply to my review on Google. I DID write to Chuze directly, the day this happened...That was at least a couple of weeks before I wrote this review and there was no reply to my experience. This is why I felt a Google review was necessary.

Great gym but we now have 5 fully functional bikes (out of 23) in the spin studio. This has been an issue since the pandemic and it’s beyond time to get them working. It’s so frustrating take a spin class with a bike that isn’t functional. Also the ezH20 water dispensers need serviced. The spouts are full of lime buildup and hardly work, spray more on the walls then in your water bottle and are very slow due to the pulled condition. Like the bikes, this has been this way for way too long. Instructors are all top notch, staff is good and it’s a clean gym but busy.

Honestly a really good gym. It's very clean, staff is friendly and the equipment is always in good shape. The biggest drawbacks are:1. The gym is always super crowded no matter the time you go. I usually go during their down times (early afternoon) and I'm still waiting for groups of highschool kids to get off their phones so I can hop on machines. It's a constant struggle.2. Good luck with parking. If you don't time it right you'll be circling the lot hunting for a spot. I've actually given up and driven home a few times because I got tired of waiting for a spot to open up.Before you sign up for a membership definitely do a free session so you can see for yourself how crowded it is.With all that to say I'm relatively happy with my membership but I wish something could be done about those 2 main issues

I just a very encouraging conversation the most kind and educated employee. His name is Matt and his knowledge and insight is anything short of upper management material. These are the type of young individuals that will take make this job and gym an make it a better gym environment for all. Needs to be part of training all new staff…..

Let me start by saying that the facility, equipment, and staff are great. Truly, this would be an amazing gym if it weren't for one thing:No matter what time of day you go, no matter what time of year, no matter what: it is crowded beyond use. If you want to lift weights, you will stand around and wait for literal hours to get through a single workout. The broccoli haired boys are particularly numerous here, so chest and bicep workouts are essentially out altogether. You are better off finding a gym that isn't full to the seams, where you can actually move through a normal workout in a reasonable amount of time, where exercise is actually possible. Congratulations on the huge success and massive membership, but it's just a bit too much for folks who can't stay for 3-4 hours at a time.

I'm very disappointed in this company, our military veterans including myself spend years away missing out on our families lives to make sure the freedom in this country is held up. companies like this tell you, yes you cancel over email, you cancel and hear nothing back assuming you're good, then they charge you and tell you your email a written form of document is not a valid form of a signature. it's amazing how these companies scam and nickel and dime our people and we allow it to happen. I hope the CEO sleeps well at night, safe in his empire of scams.
