Bought a brand new truck last night. Took it through this car wash and now have a crack in my windshield after going through. Had this truck for less than a day.

Honestly spent $20 and my car was still very dirty. It honestly seemed the wash made my care more dirty. The free vacuums are great but overall it’s better to just go to a self service wash.

I went to this car wash once and they mentioned that first month membership is 10$ and I can cancel at the end of the month .. when requested to cancel the membership they sent a message saying I should have informed 1 week before the last date.. they debited 21$ and when I asked for refund I’m getting the response like since amount was debited I can use for one more month which I don’t want but I’m getting the same response asking me to use it for one more month .. also first time wash was pathetic .. only half of the car was washed and after reaching home I noticed that so much of dirt is still there .. when I went back there they casually said the queue was not proper and that’s y it didn’t clean properly .. worst experience with cleaning and membership also

Worst Experience at Cobblestone
Would be zero stars if allowed. I had bugs all over my car and asked what was the best wash to remove them. The employee upsold me to the "polish and shine" wash and sent me through. Upon exiting, there were still tons of bugs on my car. I called over the same guy and said I would like to run it through again, as the first wash didn’t work. He said, and I quote, “no problem, swing around and we’ll process another payment for you and run it through again.”
I told him he didn’t understand; the first wash didn’t work, so I’m very unsatisfied with the service, and I’d like it taken care of. He responded, and again I quote, “I never told you that you’d be satisfied with that service, if you had bought the subscription you could run it through again.” I then asked to speak to his manager, and he told me he is the manager.
Absolute total fail. I usually only write positive reviews, but this one I could not let go. Unbelievable! Obviously will not be back there.

i’ve had a membership for almost a year, today the attendant would not let me go through because there were a couple pebbles in my truck bed, those pebbles have been in my truck bed for almost 3 years… One hardheaded employee is costing them my membership as well as my wife’s
