So disappointed in the service at this pharmacy. I arrived two minutes before they were scheduled to close for lunch. I needed to pick up one prescription that was pills, nothing needed to be mixed, I’ve met all our family out of pocket and deductibles so check out would be quick, and they would not service me at all. Apparently they’re so worried about taking their lunch break that they turn away three young miserable children who need their medication even when we are there with plenty of time before their scheduled lunch closure. It was absolutely ridiculous. The way they spoke to all of us. They acted as if we were out of line when we were there within their scheduled open store hours. But what is worst of all is that it’s my kids who suffer most. Trading kids this way when they need medical help is absolutely absurd. I can’t believe that humanity can stoop this low.

This pharmacy continues to to amaze me on just how many things they can get wrong. I can't possibly record them all, but i will start with only the most recent problems.
For years after adding a specific generic name "Dispense Teva Only" to my profile they would seldom reference their own notes and dispense a separate generic manufacturer that is not "Teva". Then they would say, "Let me update your notes". I've basically given up now and asked for the generic they choose to fill the prescription
Second recent issue is that I've asked them to remove the automated reminder of Moderna covid shot from my profile as one of my medications that is ready. For twelve months I've listened to this yet nobody knows how to remove the constant reminder I get everytime I interact with the pharmacy.
The latest error is I attempt to get my Zolpidem refilled and the phone message just skips over my inquiry and says, "Is there any other prescriptions you'd like to check on." Well, how about the one I just entered?
Why does my company continue to work with this below-average business?
CVS and Comcast rate as two of the worst businesses I deal with.

DO not use this pharmacy. the service is terrible. I never write reviews, but the individuals here did not refill my prescription when I asked about it IN PERSON, rather they gave me the impression that it was coming but it never was. They gave me a whole run around about prescription needed, which is extremely frustrating because I have a condition that can be debilitating at times.

Sandy, our local CVS pharmacist, is the perfect model of what all pharmacist should strive to achieve. She anticipates the customer’s needs, proactively calls them to resolve issues, and minimizes out of stock toys.

When reading these reviews you have to consider that most of these people that are complaining are: entitled, cannot follow basic instructions, and probably were rude. I’d argue some are lying to be dramatic.
With that being said, the staff are extremely competent and patient. This place is 80% consistent and when they’re not, it is usually my fault. This is a great pharmacy in the Littleton and Highlands Ranch area. I work at a different pharmacy and this place is loads better. It is upsetting CVS is likely being greedy with their hours, often leaving the place understaffed at times. The lead pharmacist with glasses is very sweet, and she is a hard worker!

Pharmacy is awful. Waited 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment because they were short staffed. She checked out numerous people who arrived after me and had me standing around waiting. People kept showing up to pick up prescriptions and she continued to bump me to the back of the line. Left and won't be back.

Website says they do walk in vaccinations. Sign inside the pharmacy says the same. They unfortunately do not.

Before this last pharmacist took over, this pharmacy at the Douglas County Target on County Line Road was great. The pharmacist is nasty rude, has NO customer service skills, and this pharmacy refuses to answer her phone. She says it's because they are too busy and that she is the only one working most of the time. What a lame excuse. I have never been to this pharmacy when the pharmacist works alone and honestly, I come to Target a lot. The pharmacists and techs that worked here before ALWAYS answered the phone and they always had one tech and one pharmacist working together. I worked at Target for years, BTW. I have gone to this pharmacy for over 11 years. And I used to do Regulatory Reviews for CVS as well. Avoid this pharmacy, I'd give them zero stars if I could. What a shame. I'm embarrassed for CVS.

Just moved to town, picked up my prescriptions here for my first experience. It was a horrible experience. The pharmacist (who doesn't wear a name badge, confirming what the 1st negative review said) was a total #$!*% to me. It's interesting that this pharmacist leads with hostility accommodated with occasional eye-rolls. My advice for the pharmacist working today (10/25 @ 11:40am) is to pay attention to the medications people are picking up from you. If you had any brains whatsoever, you'd piece together that some people are suffering/struggling with psychological issues based on their prescriptions. Lost the shitty, "I'm better than the rest of the world attitude! You're not. You're just a bitch! You don't even deserve 1 STAR. The rest of the workers are nice. Stop bringing the pharmacy down.

This pharmacy is worse than Walgreens and that's saying something. The pharmacist at this location (can never see her name tag, but she is not the tech - she is the pharmacist) is unbearably rude. She should not be in a patient facing position anywhere. I actually moved my prescriptions from this location entirely because of her. Unfortunately I had an urgent need for a prescription and my good pharmacy wasn't open. I went in with low expectations to pick up, and she even dropped below those. She has nasty and dirty pointed fingernails that she angrily clicks her iPad with and barely speaks. She is hostile and frankly a jerk. As I type this I'm sitting on hold (for more than 15 min) to let CVS know that this woman is a bit#h. I'm sure they don't care, but nobody deserves to be treated the way this nasty woman treats people - especially in healthcare! This will be also followed up with a call to the Colorado Board of Pharmacy. She's nuts. Go anywhere else. Except Walgreens at mineral and Broadway

I have just moved to CVS pharmacy for insurance reasons. Boy are they terrible. Super unhelpful and if you complain they just look at you with a slack-jawed stare. Clearly they don't know how to bill an insurance company. I am not totally convinced of their credentials. It was not just me... they had a hard time with every single person in front of me... I waited for 20 minutes just to pick up! And to top it off, the few times I have had to go have been painfully crowded. If I could go back to any other pharmacy in the city I would!!! Just awful!!

Michael in Pharmacy provided exceptional customer service over the phone today. He was helpful and thorough. This has not always been my experience here so I was very thankful for the positive interaction.
