This is the greatest library I've ever been to. Whether it's for reading a book, working on the computer, or even just to check out the selection here, this is my favorite library in this lifetime.
Sure there are sometimes people whispering (which is very annoying), but for the most part, this library is friendly, lively, and has great resources for the public to utilize. I am very grateful to have this library here.

I visited two libraries in Douglas County to see the decorated Christmas trees. It was very nice.

I've been in customer service all my life and the customer service at this library is HORRIBLE. I went to donate books at this Library and was turned away because it to too close to their closing time. Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE! Couldn't believe how bad the customer service was!

do not go to this library. no good books and the staff tries to claim the entire city as their property & will kick you off if you so much as sit down outside in the blistering heat 🙃

Moved away from Douglas County several years ago. Recently receiving emails out of the blue. Called today to have my account deleted and was told by a nice lady named Sarah that they don't delete accounts "cause they just fall off after several years of use anyway" and "we no longer give out fines for late items, just items that are lost". I've had my identity stolen and my information used for theft. How is this an acceptable answer? You can't delete an account? How is that even possible? Based on this logic, feel free to use my identity and keep tax payer money for library items as long as you like, everyone.

I love this library but what I don't love is the fact that librarians will walk right past gross stuff like men putting there nasty feet with no shoes on the furniture and not say anything. No one wants to smell that. It makes sitting and studying very uncomfortable, and the fact that people are on their phones having super loud conversations.

Why do they allow the Jesus Cult people to harass everyone outside the library. I shouldn't have to deal with this .

Amazing community resource with great amenities for those visiting in person, and a vast array of information and services online (title locator, e-books, audio-books, Hoopla, and more). Families with children, I so wish libraries were like this when my children were young! Thank you DCL. Special thanks to the Highlands Ranch branch personnel who are wonderful.

This is beautiful library asthetically. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The only thing that bothers me is the inconsiderate patrons who don't keep their voices down. I'm sure this happens everywhere. People haven't been introduced to library etiquette apparently. Also, the staff talk loudly when guiding people to books. Still, it's a wonderful library!
