Been doing business with this location for years I've always had a great experience, I put a lot of miles on my car so I'm in there alot for oil changes tires, and the guys know my car and never had an issue, good shop.

Highly Recommend Firestone in Highlands Ranch! After calling several locations to try and schedule a same day standard alignment on my Jeep, I reached Dale! He told me to bring it and they would get it done! I was in & out in no time, with excellent customer service! Jameson & Dale were fantastic! Great service!

I had an emergency situation happen tonight where I was driving home from work along 470 and I heard this loud BANG. Then my "Low Tire" warning light went on. Luckily I could pull off the highway and the Highlands Ranch Firestone location was close by. By the time I got there, my tire was 1/2 flat and 5 minutes later it was completely flat. Jon greeted me and put me at ease. Jon reassured me that if they couldn't patch/repair the tire, they'd put my spare on and I'd be able to get home. They were able to plug/patch the hole and shortly there after I was on my way home. It's a very scary feeling to have a tire going flat on your car in the dark on a highway and Jon and the Firestone Highlands Ranch completely took care of me in less than an hour. Thanks team!

Went here about a month ago for an inspection. Fast forward to a few days ago and my husband opens the hood and finds the air filter sitting on top of the engine! We had been driving all over, to and from the mountains without any air filter for weeks. Their response when we called to let them know what had happened, was offering a free oil change.
